का० था० 558 ( भ)/ 18 कक/ आई० डी० आर ० ए०/ 84 .- भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( प्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश स ० का० आ० 18 ( अ)/ 18 कक/ आई/डी . आर . ए/ 79 तारीख 6 जनवरी , 1979 द्वारा ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त श्रादेश कहा गया है) आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्री काकुलम जिले के सीतानगरम में चीनी का बिनिर्माण करने वाले मैसर्स श्री राम शुगर्स एण्ड इन्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड के एकक, का ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम कहा गया है ) प्रबन्ध उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 65 की द्वारा 18 कक की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख) के अधीन 5 जनवरी , 1982 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए प्रहण किया गया था और निजाम शुगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड को उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबंध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था ।

और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( श्रीद्योगिक विकास विभाग) . के भादेश सं ० का ० प्रा० 7 ( भ) / 18 कक/ श्राई ० डी० आर ० ए०/82 तारीख 5 जनवरी 1982 का० ग्रा० 551 (श्र) / 18 कक/ आई० डी० आर० ए०/ 82 तारीख 2 अगस्त , 1982 का० प्रा० 80 ( अ )/ 18 कक/ आई. श्री. आर . ए / 83 तारीख 2 फरवरी , 1983 का. भा . 549 ( श्र) 18कक/ श्राई डी . क्षार. ए ./83 तारीख 2 चंगस्त, 1983 और का. भा० 67 ( प्र)/ 18फक/ आई डी. आर . ए ./ 84 तारीख 2 फरवरी , 1984 द्वारा उक्त भादेश को 2 अगस्त 1984 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है अवधि के लिए जारी रखा गया था ।
और केन्द्रीय सत्कार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है fr उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम 31 दिसम्बर , 1984 तक की जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मलित है और प्रवधि के लिए मिजाम शुगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड के प्रबंध के अधीन बना रहे ।
यत. अव केन्द्रीय सरकार उद्योग ( त्रिकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा ( 2) द्वारा प्रवस्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए यह निर्देश देनी है कि उक्त प्रवेश 31 दिसम्बर , 1984 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है और भवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 2nd August, 1984
S.O. 558 ( E) 18AA IDRA 84.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 18 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 79 , dated the 6th January , 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) , the management of the unit of Messers Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited manufacturing sugar at Seetha- nagaram in District Srikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial undertaking ) was taken over under the clause (b ) of sub -section ( 1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , for a period of three years upto and inclusive of the 5th January , 1982, and the Nizam Sugar Fac- tory Limited was authorised to take over the manage- ment of the said industrial undertaking ;
And, whercas , by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) Nos . S.O. 7 ( E) 18AA IDRA 82, dated the 5th January , 1982 , S-O . 551 ( E ) | 18AA IDRA 82 , dated the 2nd August , 1982 , S.O. 80 ( E) / 18AA IDRA/ 83 , dated the 2nd February, 1983 S.O. 549 ( E) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated the 2nd August, 1983 and S.O. 67 ( E) 18AA IDRA 84, dated the 2nd February , 1984 , the said Order was continued for a period upto and inclusive of the 2nd August , 1984 ;
And, whereas , the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Nizam Sugar Factory Limited for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st December , 1984 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st December , 1984.

अधीन प्रोद्भूत या उदभूत सभी अधिकार विशेष धिकार , बाध्यगाएं और दायित्व उक्त अवधि के लिए मिलबिस रहेगे ।
1982 भौर उक्त भादेश की अवधि को भारत सरकार के उद्योग मन्त्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के भादेश स. का. ग्रा 820( प्र)/18 पख / भाई डी. भार . ए / 81 तारीख 20 नवम्बर , 1981 का आ. 8 ( अ) / 19 वख भाई डी. भार . ए/ 82 तारीख 5 जनवरी का आ. 552 ( अ ) / 18चय भाई . डी. भार . ए/ 82 तारीख 2 अगस्त 1982 का श्रा. 31 ( 1) / 18चख श्राई. डी. आर . ए/ 83 तारीख 2 फरवरी, 1983 का था. 550 ( प्र) 18चख / भाई . डी. भार. ए / 83 तारीख 2 अगस्त, 1983 और का. श्रा . 68 (श्र) 18चम्ख) आई . डी. आर. ए/ 84/ मारीख 2 फरवरी , 1984 द्वारा 2 अगस्त, 1984 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है और अर्वाध के लिए बढ़ाया गया था ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त श्रादेश की अवधि को ऐसे सभी मामलों की बावन ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों श्रीर वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभूत दायित्त्यो से संबंधित है 31 दिसम्बर , 1984 तक की जिसमे यह तारीख भी भग्भिलित है श्रोर चयधि के लिए बढ़ा दिया जाए।
अत्र: अब केन्द्रीय सरकार उद्याग ( विकास और विनियमन ) श्रधि- नियम, 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा 18 षख उपधारा ( 2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त प्रादेश मी अवधि को ऐमे सभी मामतों की बायत ( उनसे भिन्न जो वैकां और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभूत दायित्वों से संबधित है ) 31 दिसम्बर, 1984 तक की जिममें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है ।

का. मा. 559 ( भ)/ 18चख आई डी. भार . ए०/ 84- केन्द्रीय सरकार ने भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के श्रादेश सं . का . था. 902 (अ) / 18चख भाई , डी भार . ए / 80 तारीख 21 मम्बबर , 1980 द्वारा (जिसे इमसे इसके पश्चात उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) उद्योग विकास और विनियमत अधि- नियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( I) के खण्ड ( ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह धोषणा की थी कि उक्त आदेश के जारी किए आने की तारीख से ठीक पहले प्रवृत्त ऐमी मंविदाओं सम्पत्ति के हस्तातरण , पत्नों, करारों , परिनिर्धारणों पंचाटो, स्थायी श्रादेशो, या अन्य लिखतो का ( उनमे भिन्न जो 6 जनवरी , 1979 के पश्चात किए गए है/ हुए है या प्रवृत्त हुए है) जिनका ग्रान्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्री काफलम जिले के सीतानगरम में जीनी का विनिर्माण करने बाले मैमर्स श्रीराम गुगर्स एण्ड इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड का एकक या उक्त एकक का स्वामित्व ग्खने बाली कंपनी एक पक्षकार है या जो उक्त एकक या कम्पनी को लागू हो प्रवर्तन एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए निलंबित रहेगा और उक्त प्रवेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से पहले उसके S.O. 559 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 84.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 902 (E) [ 18FB IDRA 80, dated the 21st Novem- ber , 1980 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the Central Government , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause ( b) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , declared that the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements , settle- ments , awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order ( other than those which have been entered into, arrived at or come into force after the 6th January, 1979 ) to which the unit of Messers Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited , manufacturing sugar at Seethanagaram in the District of Srikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh or the company owning the said unit is a party or which may be applicable to the said unit or company shall remain suspended for a period of one year and all rights , privileges , obliga- tions and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder be- fore the date of issue of the said Order shall remain suspended for the said period;
And , whereas , the duration of the said Order was extended for a further period upto and inclusive of 2nd August , 1984 by the Orders of the Government of 3

O. 8 ( E) [ 18FB| IDRA 82, dated the 5th January , 1982 , S. O. 552 ( E ) | 18FB IDRA/ 82, dated the 2nd August , 1982, S. O , 81 ( E) | 18FB IDRA 83 , dated the 2nd February, 1983 , S. O. 550 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 83 , dated the 2nd August , 1983 and S. O. 68 ( E ) | 18FB IDRA 84, dated the 2nd February , 1984;
And , wheres , the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extend- ed for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st December , 1984 , in respect of all matters ( except those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions);
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st December, 1984, in respect of all matters ( except those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) .
