New Delhi, the 21st May, 1984.
S.O. 567(E)—Whereas the C.-ntral Government having added certain employment? in loading an4 unloading in railways, goods sheds, docks and ports, and Ash pit cleaning on Railways to Part I of the Schedule to the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (11 of 1948), as required by section 27 of the said Act.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby appoints a Committee consisting of thcfollowmgmcrabersto holdenquirlesandadvise the Cential Government in respect of fixation of minimum rates of wages for employments in loading and unloading in railways, goods sheds, docks and ports and Aah pit cleaning on Railways namely:—
