NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th August, 1984
G.S.R. 594(E).~-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, j 963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the Addi- tional Secretary (Ports), Ministry of Shipping and Transport as a Trustee to represent the Ministry of Shipping and Transport, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Bombay vice the Deputy Development Adviser, Ministry of Shipping and Trunsprt and makes the iollowing amendment in the Notification of the Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 249(E), dated 31 March, 1984, namely :—
In the said notification, against Serial Number 9 for the entry "Deputy Development Adviser, Ministry of Shipping and Trans- port", the entry "Additional Secretary (Ports), Ministry of Ship- ping and Transport", shall be substituted.
