S.O. 584(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 1 of the Visva-Bharati (Amendment) Act, 1984(31 of 1984), the Central Government hereby appoints the 8th day of August, 1984 as the date on which the said Act shall oome into force.
