S.O. 585(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints. Shri •Dipitt- Behari Lai and Shri Gurdayal Singh, Advocates, Delhi, as Special Public Prosecutors for the purpose of conducting the pro- secytiop,'-and also any other proceedings arising out of the Delhi A^oTPolice Estblishment ReguJar Case R.C 2j81-SlU(l)| SIC against Shri K. L. Arora and others in trial, appellate and revisional Courts in Delhi and New Delhi.
