File No. IPC|4]Misc.| 121183-84.—Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 53-iTC(PN)|83 dated the 17th December, 1983 and the Ministry of Finance, Deptt. of Revenue Notification No. I87;b4 CUSTOMS dated the 23rd June, 1984.
2. In the said Public Notice No. .53-ITC(PN)!K3, dated the 17th December, 1983, the figures and words '8 years' appearing in sub-para to para 2(vi), shall be substituted by the figures and words "5 years',
3. In Anriexure 'A'-—Para 5 of Bond For-ni of Export Obli- gation to be executed, under in-* DuU' R'xlu'lion Scheme—-to the said Public Notice No. 53-TTOPN)'S3 dated tho 17th Decem- ber, J 983, the words 'eight years1 shall be suhr.iituted by the words 'five years'.
