NOTIFICATION
S.O. 591(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (H of section 21 of the Wakf Act, 1954 (29 of 1954), read with clause (b) of sub-rule (3) of rule 8 of the Punjab Wakf Rules, 1964 and in continuation of the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Legislative Department) No. S.O. 602(E) dated 20th August, 1983, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K. Sheikh Ahmed as Secretary of the Punjab Wakf Board for a further period of one year on and from the 23rd August, 1984.
