का आ 542 ( अ) /14-सफाई डीआरए९ ६ भाग्य गरकार थे उभोग मन्त्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग के आदेश में का . आ . 617 (अ) 18 फक आन्डीश्राशा 77 तारीख 12 अगस्त, 1977 दाग (जिने इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) मैसर्स इदौर टैक्म- टाइल लिमिटेड उज्जैन, मध्य प्रदेश नामक संपूर्ण औद्योगिक उपक्रम या प्रबंध, उद्योग ( विकाम और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 कर 65 ) की धारा 18 कक के अधीन राजपत्र में उसके प्रकाशन की तारीख मे प्राग्भ होने वाली पाच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए गहण कर लिया गया था और उक्त औद्यागिक उपयम का पबन्ध ग्रहण करने में लिए मध्य पदेश मोट टैक्सटायल कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड को प्राधिकन किया गया था
और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालग ( भौयोगिक विशाम विभाग ) के आदेश म का आ 566 ( अ)/ 19 फन / आईडीआगए/ 92 नारीष 11 अगस्त, 1992 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि को नारीख 11 फरवरी, 19.83 तक की छह माम की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया गया था, =
और भारत सरकार व उद्योग मन्त्रात्रय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) में आदेश म वा आ. 103 (थ) / 18फ्य/ आईडी 7 / 83 सारीख १ पग्नगे, 1983 द्वारा उरत आदेश की अवधि को तारीख 11 अगस्त, 1983 ता की छह भाग की और अवधि के लिए बहाया गया था,
औरवात गरवार के उद्योग माग ( औद्योगिक विठाम विभाग) के आरण १० का था 566 (अ)/ 18 / आईवीआरए/ 83 तारीख 9 अगभ्न, 198। द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अधि 11 फरवरी, 1984 तक की 97 मात्र की और भर्वाध के लिए बढ़ाई गई थी ,
और भारत भरदार के उद्योग मनात्रय ( औद्योगिक विनास विभाग ) ने जादेषण म का गा ৪। ( अ) / 1९११/ प्राईही जागा ९ ६ नारीख 10 फरवरी, 1984 द्वारा उयप आदेश की अवधि 11 अगस्त, 1994 तक छह माग भी और अर्याल बढ़ायी गई थी,
और मेन्द्रीय गुग्नार भीग गय है कि नौकन्ति में यह गमीथीन र उनल औद्योगिक उपषभ । फरवरी 1985 तम जिगमे वह मारीब भी गम्मिलित है , की छह मास की और अवधि के लिए मध्य प्रदेश स्टेट टै स्गटाउन कार्पोरेशन के प्रबंध के अधीन बना रहना चाहिए ,
जन, अब फेन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग विकाम और विनियमन) अधि- नियम, 1951 ( 1951 * 65) की धारा 1 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा पदक्ष निया का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह निर्दया देती है कि उक्त

आदेश 11 फरवरी , 1985 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , की छह मास को जी याशि के गए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

का आ . 593 (अ )/ 18चख/आईडीआरए/ 84 -भारत सरकार क्रे उद्याग मत्रालय' ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश' स . का . आ . 105 (अ)/ 18 चख/आईडीआरगा/ 78 , "तारीख 17 फरवरी , 1978 द्वारा (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात् उक्न आदेश कहा गया है ) केन्द्रीय सरकार -ने उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 फा 65) की धारा 18वख की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख) द्वारा प्रदल शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह घोषणा की थी कि उक्त आदेश के जारी होने की तारीख से ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त ऐसी सभी सविदाओ , 'सम्पति के हस्तान्तरण पत्नो, करारो , व्यवस्थापनों, पंचाटों, स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों का (उनसे भिन्न जो मैको और वित्तीय संस्थाओ के प्रतिभूत दायित्व संबंधित हैं ) जिनका मैसर्स इंदौर टैक्सटाइलस लिमिटेड , उज्जैन , मध्य प्रदेश नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम एक पक्षकार है या जो ऐसे औद्योगिक उपक्भ या कम्पनी को लागू हो, प्रवर्तन ऐसी तारीख में एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए निलबित रहेगा और उक्न 'तारीख के पूर्व 'उसके अधीन प्रोद्भूत मा उद्भूत होने वाले सभी अधिकार , विशेषाधिकार, बाध्यताएं और दायित्व उक्त अवधि के लिए निलंकिन रहेंगे,
S.O. 592 ( E) 18AA IDRA/ 84 . Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 617 ( E) [ 18AA/ IDRA18AA IDRA 77 , dated the 12th August, 1977 ( hereinafter referredto as the said Order ) , the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Indore Textiles Limited , Ujjain , Madhya Pradesh, was taken over under section 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , for a period of five years com- mencing from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, and the Madhya Pradesh State Textile Corpo- ration Limited was authorised to take over the management of the said industrial undertaking ;
And, whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 566 (E) 18AA| IDRA 82 , dated the 11th August, 1982 , the period of the said Order was extended for a further period of six months upto the 11th February, 1983 ;

And, whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 103 ( E ) | 18AA| IDRA 83 , dated the 9th February , 1983 , the period of the said Order was extended for a further period of six months upto the 11th August, 1983;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्न आदेश की अवधि, 11 फरवरी , 1995 तक की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दी And, whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of In- dustrial Development No. S.O. 566 (E) 18AA IDRA 83, dated the 9th August , 1983 , the period of the said Order was extended for a further period of six months upto the 11th February , 1984 ;
अत , केन्द्रीय सरकार उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 को 65 ) की धारा 18नस्त्र की नपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधांग ( 1 ) के खण्ष (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त आदेश की अवधि , 11 फरवरी, 1985 तक जिसमें बह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, बढ़ाती है ।

And, whereas , the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Madhya Pradesh State Textile Corporation for the further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 11th February, 1985;
Now, therefore , in the exercise of the powers confer- red by sub - section (2 ) of section 18AA of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 (65 of
S.O. 593 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 84.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 105 (E) ( 18FB IDRA 78 , dated the 17th February , 1978 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the Central Government , in exercise of the powers con- ferredby clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951) , declared that the operation of all contracts, assurances of property , agreements , settle- 3

ments , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order ( other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions ) to which the in- dustrial undertaking known as Messrs Indore Textiles Limited, Ujjain , Madhya Pradesh is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking or company shall remain suspended for a period of one year from such date and that all the rights , privileges , obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for the said period;
And, whereas , the duration of the said Order was extended from time to time upto and inclusive of the 11th August , 1984 , by the Orders No. S.O. 79 ( E )| 18FB IDRA 79 , dated the 7th February , 1979, No. S.O. 89 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 80 , dated the 8th February , 1980, No. S.O. 95 ( E ) | 18FB IDRA 81 , dated the 13th February , 1981 , No. S.O. 31 ( E) 18FB IDRA 82 , dated the 16th February , 1982 , No. S.O. 567( E ) 18FB IDRA 82 , dated the 11th August, 1982, No. S.O. 104 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 83 , dated the 9th February , 1983 , No. S.O. 567 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 83 , dated the 9th August , 1983 and S.O. No. 84 ( E ) [ 18FB IDRA 84 dated the 10th February , 1984 ;
And , whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period upto the 11th February , 1985 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) , read with sub- section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 11th February , 1985 .
