Com./Su"arcanc.—In exorcise of the powers conferred by the clauso 3 of tho Sugarcane (Control Order, 1966, and having regard to the various factors mentioned in sub-clause (1) thereof, the Central Government, after con- sultation with such authorities, bodies and associations as arc considered necessary lo be consulted and on the basis of the basic minimum price of sugarcane at Rs. 13.50 per quintil linked to a recovery of 8.5 par ccn( or below with a premium of 13.8824 paise pjr quintal for every 0.1 pir cent increase in recovery above 8.5 p;r cent, hereby ikes the prico specified in column (3) of Lhe Schedule hetelo annexed as the minimum price that shall b; payable by the owner of the vacuum pan- pi ocess sugar factory specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of ths said Schedule or thoir agents for sugarcane delivered ul the gite of the factory or any purchasing centre for the iug-u- year 1933-84, catling the 30th September, 1984, subject I'j (ho rebitcs payable, therefor under clause 3A of the said Order.
