NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th August, 1984
S.O. 595(E),—In exercise of the powers confeticd by clause (ii) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Ghulain Mohidin Mullick., Chairman, State Farms Corporation of India Limited, as member of the Central Seed Committee and for that purpose amends the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Co- operation) No. S.O. 403 (E), dated the 24th May, 1984, pub- lished in the Gazette of India, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) dated 24-5-1984 pages 1—3, as fallows :—
In the said notification, after entry 8, the following entry shall be inserted, namely : —
"9. Shri Ghulam Mohidin Mullick, Member."
