NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th August, 1984

S.O. 599 (E).—in pursuance of the notification of the Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 749(E), dated the 16th October, 1982, the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of September, 1984 as the date on which the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908) shall come into force in the State of Sikkim.
