NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th August, 1984

S.O. 600(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Hojai in Nowgong District in the State of Assam to be a warehousing station for the purpose of setting up hundred percent export-oriented undertakings.
