New Delhi, the 16th August, 1984
S.O. 601 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sec- tion 5, read with Sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. S.O. 471 (E) [No. 5|Admn.(7)|78-Safema] dated the 28th July, 1978, namely :—
In the table below the said order, under Column (1) for "Shri V. V. S. Sastry", "Shri K. R. Srinivasan" shall be substituted.
