In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No.2049 dated: 06/08/1951 and for the purpose of para second of the said Article, it is hereby made known to the public that Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs has been drawn In this office on 9th day of June, 2021 at Page No.121-V to Page No.125 of the Notarial Book No.240 of Deed of Succession or Qualification of heirs and the abstract/details thereof is as under:-
Whereas originally Mr. Varjang Nathu Solanki was owner in possession of All that immovable property, bearing Survey No.11/28, situated at Nagsheri, Saudwadi, Diu.
And Whereas said Mr. Varjang Nathu Solanki has expired on dated: 11/08/1996 at Vanakbara, Diu and his wife Mrs. Valubai has also expired on dated: 07/03/2016 at Vaniyawadi, Saudwadi, Diu; both without executing any will or any other disposition of their properties, leaving behind them their said four sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Soma Varjangue, (2) Mr. Lalji Varjang Solanki, (3) Mr. Bhagwan Varjangue Solanki and (4) Mr. Karshan Varjang, as only legal heirs.
And Whereas now in terms of the governing law i.e. "Portuguese Civil Code", said (1) Mr. Soma Varjangue, (2) Mr. Lalji Varjang Solanki, (3) Mr. Bhagwan Varjangue Solanki and (4) Mr. Karshan Varjang are the only legal heirs of late Mr. Varjang Nathu Solanki and of Mrs. Valubai (wife of Mr. Varjang Nathu Solanki) and except them, there is no other legal heir(s) of the said deceased person(s), who can contest for the inheritance of the deceased estate, together with them and they are entitled to inherit the estate of the said deceased person(s) and all right, title, interest or share of the said deceased person(s) in the immovable properties wheresoever lying or being or receivable (including above referred property) and all movable properties of the deceased person(s), including shares as well as moneys whether lying with said deceased person(s) or with any bank(s) or with anySERIES – III No. 07 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 2 person(s) whomsoever, gold and silver ornaments, House-Hold goods, articles and things wheresoever lying or being, absolutely and to the exclusion of all others.
And Whereas the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known and by the said deed, the declarants have affirmed and stated for all legal purposes that the above-mentioned person(s) Viz.: (1) Mr. Soma Varjangue, (2) Mr. Lalji Varjang Solanki, (3) Mr. Bhagwan Varjangue Solanki and (4) Mr. Karshan Varjang are the universal heir(s) and legal successor(s) of the said deceased person(s) i.e. late Mr. Varjang Nathu Solanki and of Mrs. Valubai (wife of Mr. Varjang Nathu Solanki).

In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No.2049 dated: 06/08/1951 and for the purpose of para second of the said Article, it is hereby made known to the public that Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs has been drawn In this office on 18th day of June, 2021 at Page No.125-V to Page No.129 of the Notarial Book No.240 of Deed of Succession or Qualification of heirs and the abstract/details thereof is as under:-
Whereas originally Mr. Bawa Varjang Bariya @ Massari Varjangue was owner in possession of several immovable properties, including properties bearing Survey No. 27/11 and Survey No. 27/12, situated at Vaniyawadi, Saudwadi, Diu.
And Whereas said Mr. Bawa Varjang Bariya @ Massari Varjangue has expired on dated: 29/04/1990 at Vanakbara, Diu and his wife Mrs. Rajibai Bawa Bariya has also expired on dated: 15/08/1986 at Vanakbara, Diu; both without executing any will or any other disposition of their properties, leaving behind them their son Viz.: Mr. Giva Massari, as only legal heir.
And Whereas now in terms of the governing law i.e. "Portuguese Civil Code", said Mr. Giva Massari is the only legal heir of late Mr. Bawa Varjang Bariya @ Massari Varjangue and of Mrs. Rajibai Bawa Bariya and except him, there is no other legal heir(s) of the said deceased person(s), who can contest for the inheritance of the deceased estate, together with him and he is entitled to inherit the estate of the said deceased person(s) and all right, title, interest or share of the said deceased person(s) in the immovable properties wheresoever lying or being or receivable (including above referred property) and all movable properties of the deceased person(s), including shares as well as moneys whether lying with said deceased person(s) or with any bank(s) or with any person(s) whomsoever, gold and silver ornaments, House-Hold goods, articles and things wheresoever lying or being, absolutely and to the exclusion of all others.

That Late SHRI HIRUBHAI alias IRU MITLA expired on 03/08/2020 at Dabhel, Daman leaving behind his widow SMT. LAXMIBEN HIRUBHAI PATEL, their two sons namely PIYUSHBHAI HIRUBHAI PATEL and MANOJBHAI HIRUBHAI PATEL That the deceased SHRI HIRUBHAI alias IRU MITLA died without executing will or any other testamentary disposition of his last wishes. The deceased persons expired and nobody except the interested parties are entitled to claim all the legal dues of the deceased late SHRI HIRUBHAI alias IRU MITLA. The declarants have perfect knowledge of all this facts which inter-alia are public and well known. That by present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for alleged purposes that the above mentioned legal heirs/interested parties LAXMIBEN HIRUBHAI PATEL, PIYUSHBHAI HIRUBHAI PATEL and MANOJBHAI HIRUBHAI PATEL are the sole and universal heirs and successors of the above said deceased Late SHRI HIRUBHAI alias IRU MITLA and there are no other person or persons who as per prevailing law may be preferred to, who may have better claim to any estate or properties including immovable properties, movable properties deposit/savings current Deposit individual Accounts in The Goa State Co-op.
