NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 166 of Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 OF 1951), the Hon'ble Administrator, UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu hereby directs that the powers conferred and duties imposed on Government by Section 160 to 165 of the said Act shall be exercised and discharged by the Collector, Dadra & Nagar Haveli during the conduct of Bye-Election to 1- Dadra & Nagar Haveli (ST) Parliamentary Constituency.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of power conferred under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, the Administrator of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu is pleased to declare the 30th October, 2021 (Saturday), date of poll in 1-Dadra & Nagar Haveli (ST), as a Public Holiday in all Government Offices, Semi Govt. Officers, Local Bodies, Commercial Banks, Industrial Establishment, Public Sectors Undertaking in the Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu being the day of poll for the Bye-Election to 1-Dadra & Nagar Haveli (ST) Parliamentary Constituency.
