NOTICE OF ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that:-

1. An election is to be held of a member to 6/8 (Scheduled Tribes) ward of Kauncha Gram Panchayat.

2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer to the Returning Officer, at Room No. 16, Second Floor, Secretariat, Silvassa between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on any day (other than a public holiday) not later than the 28.09.2021 (Tuesday).

3. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid.

4. The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at Room No. 16, Second Floor, Secretariat, Silvassa on 29.09.2021 at 11:00 a.m.

5. Notice of withdrawal of candidate may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer or his election agent who has been authorized in writing by candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph 2 above at his office before 3:00 p.m in the office of the Returning Officer, at Room No. 16, Second Floor, Secretariat, Silvassa on 01.10.2021.

6. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 17.10.2021 (Sunday) between the hours of 08:00 am. to 05:00 p.m.

આથી જાણ કરળામા આળે છે કે,

૧. કૌંચા ગ્રામ ઩ંચાયતના ળોર્ડ નંફર ૬/૮ (અનુસ ૂચચત જનજાતત) માં સભ્યની ચ ૂ ંટણી કરળાની છે.

૨. ઉમેદળારી ઩ત્રકો, ઉમેદળાર અથળા તેના નામની દરખાસ્ત મ ૂકનાર દ્વારા, ચ ૂ ૂંટણી અધધકારીની કચેરી રૂમ નો. ૧૬, બીજો માલો, સચિળા઱ય, સે઱ળાસ તારીખ ૨૮-૦૯-૨૦૨૧ થી મોડા નહીં એ રીતે (જાહેર રજા હોય તે ધસળાયના) કોઈ઩ણ દદળસે સળારે ૧૧:૦૦ ળાગ્યાથી સાૂંજે ૩:૦૦ ળાગ્યા સુધીમાૂં સો઩ી ઴કા઴ે.

૩. ઉમેદળારી ઩ત્રોના નમ ૂના ઉ઩રોક્ત કચેરીએથી ઉ઩રોક્ત જણાળે઱ સમયે મલી ઴ક઴ે.

૪. ઉમેદળારી ઩ત્રોની ચકાસણી તારીખ ૨૯-૦૯-૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ સળારે ૧૧:૦૦ ળાગ્યેથી ચ ૂ ૂંટણી અધધકારીની/ધ઴ક્ષણ સૂંિા઱કની કિેરી રૂમ નો. ૧૬, બીજો માલો, સચિળા઱ય, સે઱ળાસ ની કચેરી, સે઱ળાસ મુકામે હાથ ધરળામાં આળ઴ે.

૫. ઉમેદળાર અથળા તેના નામની દરખાસ્ત મુકનાર અથળા ચ ૂ ંટણી એજન્ટ (કે જે ઉમેદળારોએ ઱ેચખત ંટણી અતધકૃત કરે઱ છે) એ ઉમેદળારી ઩ાછી ખેચળાં અંગેની નોટીસ ઉ઩ર પકરા- ૨ માં જણાળે઱ ચ ૂ અતધકારીને તેમની કચેરીએ તારીખ ૦૧-૧૦-૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ સાૂંજે ૩:૦૦ ળાગ્યા ઩હે઱ા સો઩ી ઴કા઴ે.

૬. ચ ૂ ંટણી કરળી ઩ર્ે એમ હ઴ે ત્યારે મતદાન તારીખ ૧૭-૧૦-૨૦૨૧ (રધળળાર) ના રોજ સળારે 0૮:૦૦ થી સાૂંજે ૦૫:૦૦ ળાગ્યા સુધી કરળામાં આળ઴ે.

૬. ચ ૂ ંટણી કરળી ઩ર્ે એમ હ઴ે ત્યારે મતદાન તારીખ ૧૭-૧૦-૨૦૨૧ (રતળળાર) ના રોજ સળારે ૦૮:૦૦ થી સાૂંજે ૦૫:૦૦ ળાગ્યા સુધી કરળામાં આળ઴ે.

૬. ચ ૂ ંટણી કરળી ઩ર્ે એમ હ઴ે ત્યારે મતદાન તારીખ ૧૭-૧૦-૨૦૨૧ (રધળળાર) ના રોજ સળારે ૮:૦૦ થી સાૂંજે ૫:૦૦ ળાગ્યા સુધી કરળામાં આળ઴ે.
