NOTICE OF ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that –
(1) an election is to be held of a member to the House of the People in the Dadra and Nagar Haveli Parliamentary constituency;
(2) nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or any of his proposers to the Returning Officer or to Assistant Returning Officer, at Collectorate, Silvassa between 11:00 A.M. and 03:00 P.M. on any day (other than Public Holiday) not later than the 8th October, 2021 (Friday);
(3) forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and times aforesaid;
(4) nomination paper will be taken up for scrutiny at 11:00 A.M. on 11th October, 2021 (Monday) at Collectorate, Silvassa in the chamber of Returning Officer;
(5) notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorised in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his office before 03:00 P.M. on the 13th October, 2021 (Wednesday);
(6) in the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 30th October, 2021 (Saturday) between the hours of 07.00 A.M. to 07.00 P.M.

આથી નોટિસ આલાભાાં આલે છે કે -
૧) દાદયા અને નગય હલેરી સાંસદીમ ક્ષેત્રભાાં રોકસબાના સભ્મની ચ ૂ ાંિણી મોજલાની છે;
૨) ઉભેદલાય કે તેભના નાભની દયખાસ્ત મ ૂકનાય ૈકી કોઈ એક વ્મક્તત ચ ૂ ાંિણી અનધકાયીને અથલા ભદદનીળ ચ ૂ ાંિણી અનધકાયીને , કરેતિય કચેયી , સેરલાસ ખાતે ભોડાભાાં ભોડુ ાં તાયીખ ૦૮ ઓતિોફય , ૨૦૨૧ (શુક્રલાય) સુધીભાાં કોઈણ ટદલસે (જાહેય યજાના ટદલસ નસલામ) સલાયના ૧૧.૦૦ લાગ્મા થી ફોયના ૩.૦૦ લાગ્મા સુધીભાાં નાભાાંકન ત્રો હોંચાડી ળકળે;
૩) નાભાાંકન ત્રના પોભમ, ઉય દળામલેર સ્થે અને સભમે ભી ળકળે;
૪) નાભાાંકન ત્રોની ચકાસણી ચ ૂ ાંિણી અનધકાયીના ખાંડભાાં , કરેતિય કચેયી, સેરલાસ ખાતે તાયીખ ૧૧ ઓતિોફય, ૨૦૨૧ (સોભલાય) ના યોજ સલાયે ૧૧.૦૦ લાગ્મે હાથ ધયલાભાાં આલળે;
૫) ઉભેદલાય કે તેભના નાભની દયખાસ્ત મ ૂકનાય ૈકી કોઈ એક વ્મક્તત કે તેના ચ ૂ ાંિણી એજન્િ ૈકી જેઓને આ નોિીસ હોંચતી કયલા ઉભેદલાયે રેખખતરૂે અનધકૃત કમામ હોમ તેલા તેઓ ઉભેદલાયી ાછી ખેંચલા અંગેની નોટિસ ઉયના પકયા (૨) ભાાં દળામલેર અનધકાયીઓ ભાાંથી ગભે તે એક અનધકાયીને તેભની કચેયીભાાં તાયીખ ૧૩ ઓતિોફય , ૨૦૨૧ (બુધલાય) ના યોજ ફોયના ૩.૦૦ લાગ્મા હેરા હોંચાડી ળકળે;
૬) ચ ૂ ાંિણી રડાળે તો ભતદાન તાયીખ ૩૦ ઓતિોફય , ૨૦૨૧ (ળનનલાય) ના યોજ સલાયે 0૭.00 થી સાાંજે 0૭.00 કરાક લચ્ચે થળે.
