In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No.2049 dated 06/08/1951 and for the purpose of para second of the same article, it is hereby made public that the Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs drawn on 25th day of September in the year 2021 at page No. 40 to 41 over leaf of Book No. 221 of Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs, executed in this office.
That Late SMT. MANEKBEN RAVIYABHAI TANDEL alias SMT. MANAC MACAN, expired on 06/06/2017 leaving behind her two sons (1) DEVCHAND RAVIYABHAI TANDEL alias DEVIDAS REVIA and (2) HARESH REVIA alias HARSHAD REVIA and three daughters namely (1) SMT. LAXMI REVIA, (2) SMT. PUSHPA REVIA and (3) SMT. URMILA REVIA. That the deceased Late SMT. MANEKBEN RAVIYABHAI TANDEL alias SMT. MANAC MACAN died without executing will or any other testamentary disposition of her last wishes. The deceased person expired and no body except the interested parties are entitled to claim all the legal dues and estate of the deceased Late SMT. MANEKBEN RAVIYABHAI TANDEL alias SMT. MANAC MACAN.
The declarants have perfect knowledge of all this facts which inter-alia are public and well known.
That by present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for alleged purposes that the above mentioned legal heirs/interested parties (1) DEVCHAND RAVIYABHAI TANDEL alias DEVIDAS REVIA and (2) HARESH REVIA alias HARSHAD REVIA is the sole and universal heirs and successors of the above said deceased Late SMT. MANEKBEN RAVIYABHAI TANDEL aliasSERIES – III No. 10 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 2 SMT. MANAC MACAN and there is no other person or persons who as per prevailing law may be preferred to, who may have better claim to any estate or properties including immovable properties left by the said deceased Late SMT. MANEKBEN RAVIYABHAI TANDEL alias SMT. MANAC MACAN. That the declarants are neither successors of the said deceased Late SMT. MANEKBEN RAVIYABHAI TANDEL alias SMT. MANAC MACAN nor they have any interest in making the present declaration which they make on oath.

That Late SHRI KALIDAS LAXMANBHAI MANGELA, expired leaving behind his widow KAILASHBEN KALIDAS MANGELA, one son SHRI KALPESHBHAI KALIDAS MANGELA and one daughter PRITIBEN JITESHBHAI MANGELA. That the deceased Late SHRI KALIDAS LAXMANBHAI MANGELA died without executing will or any other testamentary disposition of his last wishes. The deceased person expired and nobody except the interested parties are entitled to claim all the legal dues and estate of the deceased Late SHRI KALIDAS LAXMANBHAI MANGELA. The declarants have perfect knowledge of all this facts which inter-alia are public and well known. That by present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for alleged purposes that the above mentioned legal heirs/interested parties (1) KAILASHBEN KALIDAS MANGELA, (2) SHRI KALPESHBHAI KALIDAS MANGELA are the sole and universal heirs and successors of the above said deceased Late SHRI KALIDAS LAXMANBHAI MANGELA and there is no other person or persons who as per prevailing law may be preferred to, who may have better claim to any estate or propertiesSERIES – III No. 10 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 3 including some shares in movable and immovable properties, Saving amounts, declarants shares, bank deposited amount left by the said deceased Late SHRI KALIDAS LAXMANBHAI MANGELA. That the declarants are neither successors of the said deceased Late SHRI KALIDAS LAXMANBHAI MANGELA nor they have any interest in making the present declaration which they make on oath.
