In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No. 2049 dated 06/08/1951 and for the purpose of para second of the same article, it is hereby made public that the Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs drawn on 06th day of August in the year 2022 at page No. 57 to 58 over leaf of Book No. 221 of Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs is executed in this office.
That Late MUKESHBHAI BABUBHAI MACHHI, expired on 25.02.2021 at Govt. Hospital, Marwad, Daman leaving behind his widow SMT. TRUSHA ARJUN TANDEL Three Daughters MANASVI MUKESHBHAI MACHHI, PRACHI MUKESHBHAI MACHHI and VIYA MUKESHBHAI MACHHI (THE INTERESTED PARTY). That the deceased Late MUKESHBHAI BABUBHAI MACHHI died without executing any will or any other testamentary disposition of his last wishes. The deceased person expired and nobody except the interested parties are entitled to claim all the legal dues and estate of the deceased Late SHRI MUKESHBHAI BABUBHAI MACHHI. The declarants have perfect knowledge of all this facts which inter-alia are public and well known. That by present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for alleged purposes that the above mentioned legal heirs/interested parties (1) SMT. TRUSHA ARJUN TANDEL (2) MANASVI MUKESHBHAI MACHHI (3) PRACHI MUKESHBHAI MACHHI (4) VIYA MUKESHBHAI MACHHI are the sole and universal heirs and successors of the above said deceased Late SHRI MUKESHBHAISERIES – III No. 06 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 2 BABUBHAI MACHHI and there is no other person or persons who as per prevailing law may be preferred to, who may have better claim to any estate or properties including immovable and movable properties:- (1) Plots of Land bearing Survey No.14/1 to 14/38, totally admeasuring about 12000.00 sqmts in area, situated at Village Nimbi, Taluka Pusad, District Yavatmal of state Maharashtra (2) Land bearing S.No. 83/1 and 87/1, admeasuring about 2H-02R and OH-40R respectively situated at Village Kinhala, Taluka Kalamb, District Yavatmal and (3) Land bearing S. No. 15/2-A, admeasuring about 1H-62R, Situated at Village Telegaon, Taluka Tavatmal, District Yavatmal. That, Mukeshbhai Babubhai Machhi was also holder of (1) Fixed Deposit bearing Receipt No. 421 6974, dated 26-12-2018 issued by Shree Omkar Co-Operative Credit Society Ltd. Mumbai, Branch Phaltan Road (2) Fixed Deposit bearing Receipt No. 422 6975 dated 26-12-2018 issued by Shri Omkar Co- operative Credit Society Ltd. Mumbai, Branch Phaltan Raod (3) Saving bank account No.01023258028 of the Yavatmal Urban Co-op Bank Ltd. Yavatmal Branch and (4) Saving Bank account No. 01021002705 of The Yavatmal Urban Co-op Bank Ltd. Yavatmal Branch left by the said deceased Late Shri MUKESHBHAI BABUBHAI MACHHI. That the declarants are neither successors of the said deceased nor they have any impediment for this act and they have no interest in making the present declaration which they make on oath.

SERIES – III No. 06 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 3Whereas originally Mrs. Iru Bai Purshotam (widow of late Mr. Purshotam Rama and daughter of late Mr. Cangi Bica) was lawful and bonafied occupant, owner having right, title, interest and otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to immovable properties bearing Survey No.136/18, 137/10, 141/43, 143/8 & 143/28 and bearing New City Survey Plot No. PTS-49D/126, All situated at/near Dangarwadi, Zolawadi, Diu.
And Whereas said Mr. Purshotam Rama was married (for the first and last time) to Mrs. Iru Bai Purshotam (daughter of late Mr. Cangi Bica) and out of their said marriage, they were having five sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Bipinkumar Purshotam, (2) Mr. Jaishukhlal Purshotam, (3) Mr. Jayantkumar Purshotam, (4) Mr. Anilkumar Purshotam and (5) Mr. Sandipkumar Purshotam.
And Whereas said Mr. Purshotam Rama has expired on dated: 07/04/1994 at Dangarwadi, Diu and his wife Mrs. Iru Bai Purshotam has also expired on dated: 13/11/2020 at Dangarwadi, Diu;
both without executing any will or any other disposition of their properties, leaving behind them their said five sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Bipinkumar Purshotam, (2) Mr. Jaishukhlal Purshotam, (3) Mr. Jayantkumar Purshotam, (4) Mr. Anilkumar Purshotam and (5) Mr. Sandipkumar Purshotam, as only sons and only legal heirs.
And Whereas now said (1) Mr. Bipinkumar Purshotam, (2) Mr. Jaishukhlal Purshotam, (3) Mr. Jayantkumar Purshotam, (4) Mr. Anilkumar Purshotam and (5) Mr. Sandipkumar Purshotam are the only legal heirs of late (1) Mr. Purshotam Rama and (2) Mrs. Iru Bai Purshotam, who are entitled to inherit the estate of the above referred deceased persons (including above referred immovable properties) and all right, title, interest or share of the said deceased persons in the immovable properties wheresoever lying or being or receivable and all movable properties of the said deceased persons, including shares as well as moneys whether lying with said deceased persons or with any bank(s) or with any person(s) whomsoever, gold and silver ornaments, House-Hold goods, articles and things wheresoever lying or being, absolutely and to the exclusion of all others.
And Whereas the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known and by the said deed, the declarants have affirmed and stated for all legal purposes that the above-mentioned persons Viz.: (1) Mr. Bipinkumar Purshotam, (2) Mr. Jaishukhlal Purshotam, (3) Mr. Jayantkumar Purshotam, (4) Mr. Anilkumar Purshotam and (5) Mr. Sandipkumar Purshotam are the only legal heirs and legal successors of the said deceased persons Viz.: (1) Mr. Purshotam Rama and (2) Mrs. Iru Bai Purshotam.

Whereas originally Mr. Mugatlal Parmanand owned, seized and possessed of All that immovable property being a residential house, totally adm. 26 Sq. Mts., bearing New City Survey Plot No. PTS-114/130, situated at Valand Sheri, Diu.
And Whereas said Mr. Mugatlal Parmanand was married to Mrs. Jasvanti Mugatlal (daughter of Mr. Mohanlal Jivan Bhatti) and they were having three sons from their said marriage Viz.: (1) Mr. Darshan Mugatlal, (2) Mr. Jitesh Mugatlal and (3) Mr. Harshad Mugatlal.
And Whereas said Mr. Mugatlal Parmanand expired on dated: 18/10/2021 at Harrow, United Kingdom; without executing any will or any other disposition of his properties, leaving behind him his widow Mrs. Jasvanti Mugatlal and their three sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Darshan Mugatlal, (2) Mr. Jitesh Mugatlal and (3) Mr. Harshad Mugatlal as only legal heirs.

And Whereas said Mr. Hira Shankar Makwana @ Ira Sancar expired on dated: 11/09/2018 at Zolawadi, Diu; without executing any will or any other disposition of his properties, leaving behind him his widow Mrs. Rani Bai Ira and their three sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Kantilal Ira, (2) Mr. Jentilal Ira and (3) Mr. Rama Ira as only legal heirs.

And Whereas said Mr. Lalji Deva Chauhan @ Lala Deva was married (for the first and last time) to Mrs. Gulabben Lalji @Manibai Lala (daughter of Ira Bica) and out of their said marriage, they were having three sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Pravinkumar Lalji Chauhan, (2) Mr. Kamleshkumar Lalji Chauhan and (3) Mr. Anilkumar Lala.
And Whereas said Mr. Lalji Deva Chauhan @ Lala Deva has expired on dated: 12/07/2015 at Ghoghla, Diu and his wife Mrs. Gulabben Lalji @ Manibai Lala has also expired on dated:

And Whereas said Mrs. Ansuyabai Sakar Baria @ Anusia Sacar has expired on dated:
26/06/2003 at Diu and her husband Mr. Sakar Lala Baria @ Sacar Lala has also expired on dated: 04/10/2002 at Diu; both without executing any will or any other disposition of their properties, leaving behind them their said son Viz.: Mr. Rakeshkumar Sakar Baria, as only son and only legal heir.
And Whereas said Mrs. Ansuyabai Sakar Baria @ Anusia Sacar and her husband Mr. Sakar Lala Baria @ Sacar Lala were having five daughters out of their said marriage, out of which four daughters are married and one daughter Viz.: Miss Amrusha Sakar Baria is unmarried, who is/are not legal heir of the said deceased person(s), because as per prevailing law, when the deceased person(s) has son(s), then in such event daughter(s) are not entitled to get any inheritance from the estate of the deceased person(s). Unmarried daughter Miss Amrusha Sakar Baria has only usufructory right unto or upon the property/assets of the parent.

And Whereas the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known and by the said deed, the declarants have affirmed and stated for all legal purposes that the above-mentioned person Viz.: Mr. Rakeshkumar Sakar Baria is the only legal heir and legal successor of the said deceased persons i.e. late (1) Mrs. Ansuyabai Sakar Baria @ Anusia Sacar and (2) Mr. Sakar Lala Baria @ Sacar Lala.

Whereas originally Mr. Jetha Kara @ Geta Cara was lawful and bonafied occupants, owners having right, title, interest and otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to All that immovable property bearing New City Survey Plot No. PTS-150/14, situated at Chakratirth Road, Diu.

And Whereas said Mr. Jetha Kara expired on dated: 05/08/1995 at Lisboa, Portugal; without executing any will or any other disposition of his properties, leaving behind him his widow Mrs. Jayalaxmibai Jetha and their said son Mr. Kamlesh Jetha as only legal heirs.
And Whereas now said (1) Mrs. Jayalaxmibai Jetha and (2) Mr. Kamlesh Jetha are the only legal heirs of deceased Mr. Jetha Kara, who are entitled to inherit the estate of the above referred deceased person (including above referred immovable property) and all right, title, interest or share of the said deceased person in the immovable properties wheresoever lying or being or receivable and all movable properties of the said deceased person, including shares as well as moneys whether lying with said deceased person or with any bank(s) or with any person(s) whomsoever, gold and silver ornaments, House-Hold goods, articles and things wheresoever lying or being, absolutely and to the exclusion of all others.

And Whereas Mr. Karsan Raghav Bariya @ Carsane Ragou was married to Mrs. Venibai Carsane (daughter of Mr. Parbat Gokal) and they were having two sons from their said marriage Viz.:
(1) Mr. Rajesh Carsane and (2) Mr. Shaileshkumar Carsane.
And Whereas said Mr. Karsan Raghav Bariya @ Carsane Ragou expired on dated:
