In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No.2049 dated: 06/08/1951 and for the purpose of para second of the said Article, it is hereby made known to the public that Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs has been drawn in this office on 29th day of January, 2025 at Page No.107-V to Page No.111 of the Notarial Book No.242 of Deed of Succession or Qualification of heirs and the abstract/details thereof is as under:-
Whereas originally Mr. Tulcidas Laxmidas @ Tulsidas Laxmidas was lawful and bonafied occupant, owner having right, title, interest and otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to immovable properties, including properties bearing Survey NO.53/2C, Survey NO.53/2D, situated at Phanphani, Saudwadi, Diu and New City Survey Plot Numbers PTS-114/77, PTS-114/77-D, PTS-114/81, situated at/near Makata Road, Diu of Diu District of Union Territory of DNH and Daman & Diu and Residential Flat bearing Unit No.K-204 on the 2nd Floor in Swareet Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd scheme known as "Swareet Apartment" constructed on land bearing Survey No.502/A/l/32, situated at Mouje Vejalpur, Taluka City within registration District & Sub-District Ahmedabad-10 of Gujarat State.
SERIES – III No. 02 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 2And Whereas said Mr. Tulcidas Laxmidas @ Tulsidas Laxmidas was married (for. the first and last time) to Mrs. Chandrika Chamanlal (daughter of Mr. Chamanlal Girdharlal) and out of their said marriage, they were having two children being both sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Jitesh Tulcidas and (2) Mr. Rupesh Tulcidas.
And Whereas said Mr. Tulcidas Laxmidas @ Tulsidas Laxmidas has expired on dated:
24/03/2022 at Loures, Portugal and his wife Mrs. Chandrika Chamanlal has also expired on dated:
24/11/2013 at Alvalade, Lisboa, Portugal; without executing any will or any other disposition of his estate/properties, leaving behind them their said two sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Jitesh Tulcidas and (2) Mr. Rupesh Tulcidas, as only legal heirs.
And Whereas now said (1) Mr. Jitesh Tulcidas and (2) Mr. Rupesh Tulcidas are the only legal heirs of deceased (1) Mr. Tulcidas Laxmidas @ Tulsidas Laxmidas and (2) Mrs. Chandrika Chamanlal, who are entitled to inherit the estate of the above referred deceased person (including above referred immovable properties) and all right title, interest or share of the said deceased person in the immovable properties wheresoever lying or being or receivable and all movable properties of the said deceased person, including shares, insurance amount, Postal amount, as well as moneys whether lying with said deceased person or with any bank(s) or with any person(s), whomsoever gold and silver ornaments, House-Hold goods, articles and things wheresoever lying or being, to have and to hold the same absolutely and forever and except them, there is no other legal heir(s) of the said deceased person, who can contest for the inheritance of the deceased estate, together with them.
And Whereas the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known and by the said deed, the declarants have affirmed and stated for all legal purposes that the above-mentioned persons Viz.: (1) Mr. Jitesh Tulcidas and (2) Mr. Rupesh Tulcidas are the only legal heirs and legal successors of the said deceased persons Viz.: (1) Mr. Tulcidas Laxmidas @ Tulsidas Laxmidas and (2) Mrs. Chandrika Chamanlal.

In accordance with para first, of Article 179 of Law No.2049 dated 06/08/1951 and for the purpose of para second of the said Article, It is hereby made known to the public that Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs has been registered in this office on dated 30th day of January, 2025 at pages No. 111-V to 114-V of the Notarial Book No.242.
That Mr. Jayantilal Maganlal Shah alias Mr. Gentilal Maganlal was died at Diu on dated 17/11/1981 and his wife Mrs. Kusumbala Jayantilal Shah alias Mrs. Cusumbala also died at Mumbai, on dated 11/12/2023, devolved upon them their only son Mr. Suresh Jayantilal Shah alias Mr. Sureshchandra Jeentilal as their only legal heirs. That the said deceased (1) Late Mr. Jayantilal Maganlal Shah alias Late Mr. Gentilal Maganlal and (2) Late Mrs. Kusumbala Jayantilal Shah alias Late Mrs. Cusumbala died without making any will or any Testamentary disposition of their last wishes but leaving some owned, seized and possessed of several immovable properties movable properties including properties Flat No. 104, Tower-4, Challengers Chs Ltd, N. S. Phadke Marg, Thakur Village, Kandivli-East, Mumbai-400 101. That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known. That by the present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state Mr. Sureshchandra Jeentilal, as the sole universal heirs and successor of the above said deceased (1) Late Mr. Jayantilal Maganlal Shah alias Late Mr. Gentilal Maganlal and (2) Late Mrs. Kusumbala Jayantilal Shah alias Late Mrs. Cusumbala.
