NOTIFICATION
In exercise of Powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974), the Administrator of Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay is hereby pleased to accord expost facto sanction and appoint/extend the period of Shri Hiten S. Venegavkar, Advocate & Additional Public Prosecutor in Bombay as Public Prosecutor for the U.T. of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu for conducting prosecutions, appeals and other criminal proceedings pertaining to the U.T. of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu before the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay for a period of One (01) year w.e.f. 02/11/2024.
The rate of fee shall be as per O.M. No. 26(1)/2014-Judl. Dated 01/10/2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, New Delhi on the same terms and conditions.

NOTIFICATION
The Administrator of Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu is hereby pleased to appoint/extend the period of Shri Hiten S. Venegavkar, Advocate and Standing Counsel for the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu to appear and defend the interest of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu in Civil Matters before the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay for a period of One (01) year w.e.f. 24/02/2025.
The rate of fee shall be as per O.M. No. 26(1)/2014-Judl. Dated 01/10/2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, New Delhi on the same terms and conditions.
