That Mr. Ranchor Calane alias Ranchod Calane alias Ranchhod Kalyan Damania was died at Diu on dated 08/06/1986 at Dangarwadi, Zolawadi, Diu, and his wife Mrs. Kanta Bai Ranchor alias Mrs. Kantabai Ranchhod also died on dated 26/08/2020 at Diu, devolved upon them their four sons and one daughter (1) Mr. Jgdish Ranchor, (2) Mr. Hasmukh Ranchor, (3) Mr. Yogesh Ranchhod, (4) Mr. Suryakant Ranchhod and (5) Mrs. Beena Ranchor as their only legal heirs.
That Mr. Jagdish Ranchor has died on dated 18/06/2009 at Central Middlesex Hospital-Park Royal, United Kingdom devolved upon him his widow Argi and Eight Children being Five Sons and Three daughters Viz. (1) Mrs. Laxmibai Argi, (2) Mr. Divyesh Jagdish, (3) Mr. Harshad Jagdish, (4) Mr. Jayesh Jagdish, (5) Mr. Chintak Jagdish, (6) Mr. Uday Jagdish, (7) Mrs. Jagruti Jagdish, (8) Mrs. Kavita Jagdish, and (9) Mrs. Durga Jagdish, as their only legal heirs.
That Mr. Yogeshkumar Ranchor has died on dated 18/02/2019 at Dangarwadi, Zolawadi, Diu, devolved upon him his widow and three children being two sons and one married daughterSERIES – III No. 03 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 2 (1) Mrs. Hiruben Yogeshkumar, (2) Mr. Jaydev Yogeshkumar, (3) Mr. Nayan Yogeshkumar, and (4) Mrs. Bhavna Yogeshkumar, as their only legal heirs.
The deceased persons i.e. (1) MR.RANCHOR CALANE @ RANCHOD CALANE @ RANCHHOD KALYAN DAMANIA, (2) LATE MRS.KANTABAI RANCHOR ALIAS KANTABAI RANCHOD, (3) LATE MR.JAGDISH RANCHOR AND (4) LATE MR. YOGESH RANCHOR, have five married daughters (1) MRS. BEENA RANCHHOD (WIFE OF MR.AMARCHAND BHAGVAN, (2) MRS. JAGRUTI JAGDISH (WIFE OF MR.PRITESH SAMGI), (3) MRS.KAVITA JAGIDSH (WIFE OF MR.SHAILESH DANGI), (4) MRS. DURGA JAGDISH, (WIFE OF MR.NIMESH RAMNICLAL AND (5) MRS.BHAVNA YOGESH (WIFE OF MR.AJAYKUMAR RAMESHCHANDRA) who are not legal heirs in terms of governing law i.e. "Codigo de Usos e Costumes dos Habitantes Nao Cristaos de Diu".
That now Said (1) MRS. LAXMIBAI ARGI, (2) MR. DIVYESH JAGDISH, (3) MR.
HARSHAD JAGDISH, (4) MR. JAYESH JAGDISH, (5) MR. CHINTAK JAGDISH, (6) MR.
UDAY JAGDISH, (7) MR.HASMUKH RANCHHOD, (9) MR.SURYAKANT RANCHHOD,
(10) MRS.HIRUBEN YOGESHKUMAR, (11) MR.JAYDEV YOGESHKUMAR AND (12) MR.
NAYAN YOGESHKUMAR are the only legal heirs of deceased (1) LATE MR.RANCHOR CALANE @ RANCHOD CALANE @ RANCHHOD KALAN, (2) LATE MRS.KANTABAI RANCHOR ALIAS KANTABAI RANCHOD, (3) LATE MR.JAGDISH RANCHOR AND (4) LATE MR. YOGESH RANCHOR, there is no other legal heir(s) of the said deceased persons, who can contest for the inheritance of the deceased estate, together with them.
That the said deceased (1) MR.RANCHOR CALANE @ RANCHOD CALANE @ RANCHHOD KALYAN DAMANIA, (2) LATE MRS.KANTABAI RANCHOR ALIAS KANTABAI RANCHOD died without making any will or any Testamentary disposition of their last wishes but leaving some owned, seized and possessed of several immovable properties Viz. bearing Survey No.127/36,126/1, 138/2, 138/3, 140/12, 140/19, 141/2, 141/25, 141/43, 141/85, 142/96, 143/1, 143/3, 144/8, situated at Dangarwadi, Zolawadi, within Diu District area. That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known. That by the present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for all legal purposes that the above mentioned party (1) MRS. LAXMIBAI ARGI, (2) MR. DIVYESH JAGDISH, (3) MR. HARSHAD JAGDISH, (4) MR. JAYESH JAGDISH, (5) MR. CHINTAK JAGDISH, (6) MR. That MR.MAUGI BAGVANE @ MAVJI BHAGWAN VALA died on dated 20/12/2010 at Nani Chankhdi, Bucharwada, Diu, and his wife MRS. NATURIBAI MAUGI @ LADU MAUJI VALA died on 02/04/2020 at Government Hospital, Diu, without any wills or any other disposition of immovable properties and movable properties, devolved upon them their Seven Children being Two Sons and Five Married Daughters Viz. (1) MR.KANTILAL MAUGI, (2) MR.KANUBHAI MAUGI, (3) MRS. RATAN MAUGI, (4) MRS.VALIBAI MAUGI, (5) MRS. SAVITABEN MAUGI, (6) MRS.AMRATBEN MAUGI AND (7) MRS.RANIBEN MAUGI.
The deceased persons i.e. (1) MR.MAUGI BAGVANE @ MAVJI BHAGWAN VALA AND (2) MRS. NATURIBAI MAUGI @ LADU MAUJI VALA, have five married daughters (1) MRS.

That Mrs. Hetal Chetan Sanghani also expired on dated 20/01/2011 at Bahrain devolved upon her husband Mr.Chetan Suresh Sanghani and Mr. Janay Chetan Sanghani as their only legal heirs.
That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known. That by the present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for all legal purposes that the above mentioned party (1) Mrs. Devyani Mahesh Shah, (2) Mrs. Kajal Kapil Shah, (3) Mrs. Tejal Girish Parekh, (4) (i) Mr.Chetan Suresh Sanghani and (4) (ii) Mr. Janay Chetan Sanghani as the sole universal heirs and successor of the above said deceased Mr. Mahesh Vishnudas Shah @ Maheschandra Visnudas.
