In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No.2049 dated 06/08/1951 and for the purpose of para second of the said Article, It is hereby made known to the public that Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs has been registered in this office on dated 8th day of May, 2025 at pages No. 125-V to 128 of the Notarial Book No. 242.

That Mr. Samgi Lala @ Samji Lala was the owner of immovable property being a residential house property bearing New City Survey No. PTS- 156/120, situated at Fudam, Diu, and he has died at Maputo Mozambique on dated 05/07/2009, and his wife Mrs. Subhadra Premgi has also died on dated 18/06/2011 without any will or deposition property developed upon themtheir two sons namely (1) Mr. JatinSamgi and (2) Mr. Yatin Samgi as their only legal heirs. That (1) Mr. Jatin Samgi and (2) Mr. Yatin Samgi are the joint owner of immovable property being a residential house property bearing New City Survey No. PTS-156/37, situated SERIES – III No. 05 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 2 at Fudam, Diu, and Mr. Amit Samgi has died on dated 13/10/2020 at Central Hospital Maputo, without executing any will or deposition of his property, he has bachelor and he never married or divorcee devolved upon him his brother Mr. Jatin Samgi as his only legal heirs.

That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known. That by the present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for all legal purposes that the above mentioned party Mr. Jatin Samgi as the sole universal heirs and successor of the above said deceased (1) Mr. Samgi Lala @ Samji Lala, (2) Mrs. Subhadra Premgi and (3) Mr. Amit Samgi.
