In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No.2049 dated: 06/08/1951 and for the purpose of para second of the said Article, it is hereby made known to the public that Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs has been drawn in this office on 19th day of June, 2025 at Page No. 128-V to Page No.131-V of the Notarial Book No.242 of Deed of Succession or Qualification of heirs and the abstract/details thereof is as under:-
Whereas originally Mrs. Lakhmibai Ramji (widow of late Mr. Ramji Meghji and daughter of Mr. Kaba Ramji) was owner in possession of All that immovable property being a residential house, totally adm. 52 Sq. Mts, bearing New City Survey Plot No.PTS-84/204 (Plot No.D), situated at Bhavsarwada, Diu.
And Whereas said Mrs. Lakhmibai Ramji @ Lacmi Bai has expired on dated: 23/08/1996 at Diu and her husband Mr. Ramji Meghji @ Ramgi Meggi has also expired about 60 years back at Mocambique; both without executing any will or any other disposition of their properties,SERIES – III No. 07 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 2 leaving behind them their said two sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Venilal Ramgi and (2) Mr. Mohanlal Ramgi, as only sons and only legal heirs.
And Whereas now said (1) Mr. Venilal Ramgi and (2) Mr. Mohanlal Ramgi are the only legal heirs of late (1) Mrs. Lakhmibai Ramji @Lacmi Bai and (2) Mr. Ramji Meghji @ Ramgi Meggi, who are entitled to inherit the estate of the above referred deceased persons and all right title, interest or share of the said deceased person in the immovable properties wheresoever lying or being or receivable and all movable properties of the said deceased person, including shares, insurance amount, Postal amount, as well as moneys whether lying with said deceased person or with any bank(s) or with any person(s), whomsoever gold and silver ornaments, House-Hold goods, articles and things wheresoever lying or being, to have and to hold the same absolutely and forever and except them, there is no other legal heir(s) of the said deceased person, who can contest for the inheritance of the deceased estate, together with them.
And Whereas the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known and by the said deed, the declarants have affirmed and stated for all legal purposes that the above-mentioned persons Viz.: (1) Mr. Venilal Ramgi and (2) Mr. Mohanlal Ramgi are the only legal heirs and legal successors of the said deceased persons Viz.: (1) Mrs. Lakhmibai Ramji @ Lacmi Bai and (2) Mr. Ramji Meghji @ Ramgi Meggi.

Whereas originally Mr. Parmanande Maugi and his wife Mrs. Sacarbai Gerage were lawful and bonafied occupant, owner having right, title, interest and otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to several immovable properties situated within Diu District of Union Territory of DNH and Daman & Diu.
And Whereas said Mr. Parmanande Maugi expired on dated: 17/12/1989 at Maputo, Mocambique and his wife Mrs. Sacarbai Gerage expired on dated: 30/12/2002 at Diu; both without executing any will or any other disposition of their properties, leaving behind them their four sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Pramodcumar Parmanande, (2) Mr. Jasvant @ Jasvantisinho Parmanande, (3) Mr. Dilipkumar Parmanande and (4) Mr. Arvinde Cumar Parmanande Maugi as only legal heirs.
And Whereas said Mr. Jasvant @ Jasvantisinho Parmanande also expired on dated:
02/02/2008 at Maputo, Mocambique, without executing any will or any other disposition of his properties, leaving behind his widow Mrs. Aissa Ebrahim Abdul Karim and their son Mr. Erchad Artur Jasvantisinho as only legal heirs.

Whereas originally Mr. Govind Manji and his wife Mrs. Gangaben were lawful and bonafied occupant, owner having right, title, interest and otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to several immovable properties including property bearing New City Survey Plot No.PTS- 43/149 and PTS-43/381, both situated at Choro Chanchar, Ghoghla, Diu.
And Whereas said Mr. Govind Manji was married for the first and last time to Mrs. Gangaben (daughter of late Mr. Ramo Vira and of Ansi Bai) and out of said marriage, they were having three sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Devji Govind Kamalia, (2) Mr. Jeraj Govind and (3) Mr. Jadav Govind.
And Whereas said Mr. Govind Manji expired on dated: 29/01/1976 at Ghoghla, Diu and his wife Mrs. Gangaben Govind expired on dated: 05/04/1998 at Ghoghla, Diu; both without executing any will or any other disposition of their properties, leaving behind them their said three sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Devji Govind Kamalia, (2) Mr. Jeraj Govind and (3) Mr. Jadav Govind as only legal heirs.
And Whereas said Mr. Jeraj @ Jayraj Govind expired on dated: 20/10/1986 at Navabunder, Taluko Una, Gujarat and his wife Mrs. Givibai Gerage & Jivibai Jeraj expired on dated: 15/01/2005 at Diu; both without executing any will or any other disposition of their properties, leaving behind them their four sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Lalgi Gerage, (2) Mr. Nareshkumar Jeraj. (3) Mr. Bharatkumar Jeraj Kamalia and (4) Mr. Suresh Jeraj Kamalia as only legal heirs.
SERIES – III No. 07 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 6And Whereas said Mr. Suresh Jeraj Kamalia expired on dated: 28/07/2021 at Ghoghla, Diu; without executing any will or any other disposition of his properties, leaving behind him his widow Mrs. Kamalia Naina Suresh and their son Mr. Kamalia Vansh Suresh as only legal heirs.
And Whereas said Mr. Jadav Govind @ Jadou Govinde was firstly married to Mrs. Maniben and they were having only one daughter from their said marriage Viz.: Mrs. Laxmi Jadou and after death of his first wife Viz.: Mrs. Maniben, said Mr. Jadou Govinde was secondly (and lastly) married to Mrs. Punjibai and they were having three sons out of their said marriage Viz.: (1) Mr. Prakash Jadav, (2) Mr. Dharmendra Jadav and (3) Mr. Amratlal Jadav.
And Whereas said Mr. Jadav Govind @ Jadou Govinde expired on dated: 02/10/2000 at Ghoghla, Diu and his first wife Mrs. Maniben Jadav expired on dated: 12/12/1967 at Navabunder.
Taluko Una, Gujarat; both without executing any will or any other disposition of their properties, leaving behind him his second wife Mrs. Punjibai Jadav and his four children Viz.: (1) Mrs. Laxmi Jadou, (2) Mr. Prakash Jadav. (3) Mr. Dharmendra Jadav and (4) Mr. Amratlal Jadav as only legal heirs.
