N O T I F I C A T I O N

Whereas, the draft Town Planning Scheme 04C, 04H and 04I (Nani Daman) were published in the Official Gazette vide Notification No. PDA/DMN/Appr.TPS/230/2025/2369 dated 13/02/2025 for inviting objections from owners of the plots within the areas covered under draft Town Planning Scheme 04C, 04H & 04I within 60 days from the publication of the Gazette Notification.

AND Whereas, the Planning and Development Authority conducted a public hearing of the landowners who had submitted their objections in writing within the stipulated time. The authority considered the objections received and made modifications in the draft Town Planning Scheme 04C, 04H & 04I (Nani Daman) as per the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 68 and submitted the modified draft Town Planning Scheme as per sub section (2) of Section 68 of the Dadra Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 to the Government for approval.

AND Whereas, the Government has duly approved the Town Planning Scheme 04C, 04H & 04I (Nani Daman) as required under sub-section (3) Section 68 of the said Act.

NOW THEREFORE, the Planning and Development Authority, Daman hereby publishes themodified Town Planning Scheme 04C, 04H & 04I (Nani Daman) and informs the general public that the same are available for inspection at the following places. 1. Office of the Planning and Development Authority, 1st Floor, Collectorate, Dholar, Moti Daman. EXTRAORDINARY No. 98 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 2 2. Office of the Daman Municipal Council, Fort area, Moti Daman. 3. These Town Planning Scheme 04C, 04H and 04I (Nani Daman) is also available on the website https://ddd.gov.in/. The final Town Planning Scheme 04C, 04H & 04I (Nani Daman) shall come into force from 09/09/2025 as per sub-section (5) of Section 68 of the said Act.
