N O T I F I C A T I O N
In Supersession of earlier Notification No. BDO/DMN/NEWGPS/WARDS/Part-2/27/2019/e- 153905 dated 11/06/2020, Notification No. BDO/DMN/NEWGPS/WARDS/2019/737 dated 23/09/2019 and Notification No. DPO/EO(VP)/EC(UTs)/DPW/2014/130 dated 24.03.2015 and Notification No, DPO/EO(VP)/EC(UTs)/DPW/2014/363 dated 17.04.2015, and in exercise of the powers conferred on him under Section 12 of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012, the Administrator of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, is pleased to allocate the total number of seats of each Gram Panchayat and number of seats reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Women belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and for women in each Panchayat of DNH & DD, District wise, as specified as under;

Further, in exercise of powers conferred on him under Section 12 (9) of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012, the Administrator of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu is pleased to modify the reservation of the offices of Sarpanches of Gram Panchayats in Daman and Dadra and Nagar Haveli Districts, as under;
