In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No. 2049 dated 06/08/1951 and for the purpose of para second of the said Article, it is hereby made known to the public that Deed of Succession or qualification of Heirs dated on 18th day of August 2025 has been drawn at page No.162-V to 165-V of the Notarial Book No.242 Deed of Qualification of heirs.
Whereas SHRI SHANTILAL LAXMAN ALIAS SANTILAL LACMANE 22/09/2012 at Ghoghla, Diu, without executing any will or any other disposition of properties, leaving behind him his widow SMT. JASHVANTI and his only one Son namely MR. HITESH SANTILAL SOLANKI, as his sole universal heirs. That except his widow and only son, who are now only heirs and successor of said deceased, they does not exist any other person(s), according to the law of law of Succession" i.e."Codigo de Usos Costumes dos Habitantes Nao Cristaos de Diu", who may claim the inheritance of the estate of the deceased, together with him. That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known. That by the present deed, the present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for all legal purposes that the above mentioned party, his widow SMT. JASHVANTI and his only one Son namely MR. HITESH SANTILAL SOLANKI, as the sole universal heirs and successor of the said deceased.

Whereas SHRI NARANE BAVA ALIAS LALJI BAWA ALIAS LALJI BAWA BARIA
died on 07/08/1997 at Ghoghla, Diu, and SMT. PARVATI LALJI BARIA ALIAS PARVATIBAI died on 20/07/2014 at Ghoghla, Diu, without any wills or any other disposition of properties leaving behind them their three sons namely (1) SHRI BIPINKUMAR LALJI BARIA (2) SHRI. VIJAY NARAN BARIYA and (3) SHRI. HARESH NARAN BARIYA as their only legal heirs. That BIPINKUMAR LALJI BARIA died on 04/05/2011 at Bizerte, Tunisia, without any will or any other disposition of properties leaving behind him his widow SMT. MAUSHMI BIPIN BARIA and two sons namely (1) MR. BARIA KUNALKUMAR BIPIN and (2) BARIA JAYNIL BIPIN as his only legal heirs. That except his widow, son and grandson, who are now only heirs and successor of said deceased, they does not exist any other person(s), according to the law of law of Succession" i.e. "Codigo de Usos Costumes dos Habitantes Nao Cristaos de Diu", who may claim the inheritance of the estate of the deceased, together with him. That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known.
That by the present deed, the present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for all legal purposes that the above mentioned parties, VIJAY NARAN BARIYA, SHRI. HARESH NARAN BARIYA SMT. MAUSHMI BIPIN BARIA, MR. BARIA KUNALKUMAR BIPIN & BARIA JAYNIL BIPIN, as the sole universal heirs and successor of the said deceased.
