Notice is hereby given that:-

1. An election is to be held of a member to

1) 01 to 08 Wards of Dunetha Gram Panchayat.

2) Sarpanch of Dunetha Gram Panchayat

2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer to the Returning Officer or to the Assistant Returning Officer, at office of the Chief Officer, Daman Municipal Council, Daman, Daman Municipal Council, Fort Area, Moti Daman between at 11:00 a.m. and 03:00 p.m. on any day (other than a public holiday) not later than the 17/10/2025 (Friday).

3. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid:

4. The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at the office of Chief Officer, Daman Municipal Council, Daman, Daman Municipal Council, Fort Area, Moti Daman on 18/10/2025 (Saturday) at 11:00 a.m. onwards.

5. Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer or his election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph 2 above at his office before 03.00 p.m. of 20/10/2025 (Monday).

6. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on05/11/2025 (Wednesday) between the hours of 07:00 am and 06:00 pm.

3. ઉમેદવારી પત્રોની નમૂના ઉપરોક્ત કચેરીએથી ઉપરોક્ત જણાવેલ સમયે મળી શકશે.
