AWARD
1] This is the reference made vide letter No.LE/LI/DMN/FACT-4(7)/2013/1117 dated 21/01/2014 made by the Deputy Secretary (Lab. & Emp.), Daman under Sec. 1 of Section of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 in respect of an industrial dispute between M/s. Sagar Twister (Unit-1 & 2) and its workman Shri Gulab Chand Saroj in respect of matters (1) pertaining to the settlement between the employer and the workmen.
2] Both the parties jointly filed an application to withdraw the claim vide Exh. 26 and submit that dispute between them in the instant reference has been settled as the company has paid the total amount of Rs. 65,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand Only) towards full and final settlement of the dispute. 3] Hence, following order:
I] In terms of order below Exh.26 this proceedings stands disposed off as settled and satisfied.
II] The award be forwarded to the Government for publication in the Government Gazette as per rules.
