NOTICE OF ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that:-
1. An Election is to be held of a member to 5/9 Ward ST(Women) of Randha Gram Panchayat.
2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer to the Returning Officer/Resident Deputy Collector(Silvassa), at 4th Floor, wing-A, Collectorate, Silvassa between at 11:00 am and 3.00 pm on any day (other than a public holiday) not later than the 16/01/2026 (Friday).
3. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid:
4. The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny in the office of Resident Deputy Collector(Silvassa) at 4th Floor, wing-A, Collectorate, Silvassa on 17/01/2026 at 11:00 a.m. 5. Notice of withdrawal of candidate may be delivered by a candidate or his election agent who has been authorized in writing by candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph 2 above at his office before 3.00 pm in the Returning Officer/ Resident Deputy Collector(Silvassa), at 4th Floor, wing-A, Collectorate, Silvassa on 19/01/2026
6. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 08/02/2026(Sunday) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.

ચૂ ંટણી માટેની નોટીસ
આથી જાણ કરવામા આવે છે. કે :-
૧. ૫/૯ અનુસૂિચત જનજાિત મિહલા રાંધા ગ્રામ પંચાયતના સભ્યની ની ચૂ ંટણી કરવાની છે.
૨. ઉમેદવારી પત્રકો, ઉમેદવાર અથવા તેના નામની દરખાસ્ત મૂકનાર દ્વારા , ચૂ ંટણી અિધકારી/ ઉપ િનવાસી સમાહતાા (સેલવાસ), ચોથો માળ, િવંગ- એ, સમાહતાા ની કચેરી, સેલવાસ તારીખ ૧૬-૦૧-૨૦૨૬ (શુક્રવાર) થી મોડા નહીં એ રીતે (જાહેર રજા હોય તે િસવાયના) કોઈપણ િદવસે સવારે ૧૧:૦૦ વાગ્યાથી સાંજે ૩:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધીમાં સોપી શકાશે.
૩. ઉમેદવારી પત્રોના નમૂના ઉપરોક્ત કચેરીએથી ઉપરોક્ત જણાવેલ સમયે મળી શકશે.
૪. ઉમેદવારી પત્રોની ચકાસણી તારીખ ૧૭-૦૧-૨૦૨૬ ના રોજ સવારે ૧૧:૦૦ વાગ્યેથી ચૂ ંટણી અિધકારી/ ઉપ િનવાસી સમાહતાા (સેલવાસ) ની કચેરી, ચોથો માળ, િવંગ-એ, સમાહતાા ની કચેરી, સેલવાસ મુકામે હાથ ધરવામાં આવશે.
૫. ઉમેદવાર અથવા તેના નામની દરખાસ્ત મુકનાર અથવા ચૂ ંટણી એજન્ટ (કે જે ઉમેદવારોએ લેિખત અિધકૃ ત કરેલ છે) એ ઉમેદવારી પાછી ખેચવાં અંગેની નોટીસ ઉપર ફકરા-૨ માં જણાવેલ ચૂ ંટણી અિધકારીને તેમની કચેરીએ તારીખ ૧૯-૦૧-૨૦૨૬ ના રોજ સાંજે ૩:૦૦ વાગ્યા પહેલા સોપી શકશે.
૬. ચૂ ંટણી કરવી પડે એમ હશે ત્યારે મતદાન તારીખ ૦૮-૦૨-૨૦૨૬ (રિવવાર) ના રોજ સવારે ૮:૦૦ થી સાંજે ૫:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી કરવામાં આવશે.
