THE DADRA AND NAGAR HAVELI AND DAMAN AND DIU FIRE &
EMERGENCY SERVICE REGULATION, 2026 (No.6 of 2026)
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub Section (3) of Section 1 of "THE DADRA AND NAGAR HAVELI AND DAMAN AND DIU FIRE & EMERGENCYSERVICE REGULATION, 2026 (No.6 of 2026)" the Administrator of U.T. Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu hereby appoints the 07 day of July, 2026 as the date on which "THE DADRA AND NAGAR HAVELI AND DAMAN AND DIU FIRE & EMERGENCYSERVICE REGULATION, 2026 (No.6 of 2026)" shall come into force throughout the UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
This is issued with the approval of the Hon'ble Administrator, DNH and Daman & Diu vide FTS dairy No. 1550388 dated 29/06/2026.
