In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No. 2049 dated 06/08/1951 and for the purpose of para second of the said Article, it is hereby made known to the public that Deed of Succession or qualification of Heirs dated on 04th day of August 2026 has been drawn at page No.11-V to 14-V of the Notarial Book No.243 Deed of Qualification of heirs.
Whereas SHRI MANJI NARAN CHAUHAN ALIAS MANGI NARANE died on 31/12/2019 at Ghoghla, Diu, without executing any will or any other disposition of properties, leaving behind him his widow SMT. MANCUAR BAI ALIAS MANKUVAR MANJI CHAUHAN ALIAS MANJULA MANJI and his two sons namely (1) MR. SURENDRA MANJI CHAUHAN ALIAS SURENDRAKUMAR MANGI and (2) MR. CHAUHAN VIRENDRA MANJI ALIAS VIRENDRAKUMAR MANJI, as his sole universal heirs. That except his widow and two sons, who are now only heirs and successor of said deceased, they does not exist any other person(s), according to the law of law of Succession" i.e. "Codigo de Usos Costumes dos Habitantes Nao Cristaos de Diu", who may claim the inheritance of the estate of the deceased, together with him. That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known. That by the present deed, the present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for all legal purposes that the aboveSERIES – III No. 06 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 2 mentioned party, his widow SMT. MANCUAR BAI ALIAS MANKUVAR MANJI CHAUHAN ALIAS MANJULA MANJI and his two Sons namely (1) MR. SURENDRA MANJI CHAUHAN
ALIAS SURENDRAKUMAR MANGI and (2) MR.CHAUHAN VIRENDRA MANJI ALIAS
VIRENDRAKUMAR MANJI, as the sole universal heirs and successor of the said deceased.

In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No.2049 dated: 06/08/1951 and for the purpose of para second of the said Article, it is hereby made known to the public that Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs has been drawn in this office on 5th day of August, 2026 at Page No. 15 to Page No.19 of the Notarial Book No.243 of Deed of Succession or Qualification of heirs and the abstract/details thereof is as under:-
Whereas originally Mr. Jivraj Pancha Solanki was having right, title, interest or share unto upon following three immovable properties Viz.: (1) All that immovable property being a Residential House standing thereon, totally adm. 195 Sq.Mts., bearing New City Survey Plot No.PTS-93/252, situated at Sorathiya Sheri, Diu; (2) All that immovable property being a Residential House standing thereon, bearing New City Survey Plot No.PTS-92/114-A, situated at Sukhadiya Sheri, Diu; & (3) All that immovable property being a Residential House standing thereon, bearing New City Survey Plot No.PTS-47/497, situated at Choro Vachhradeo, Ghoghla, Diu.
And Whereas said Mr. Jivraj Pancha Solanki was married (for the first and last time) to Mrs. Jayabai @ Jayaben Jivraj Solanki (daughter of Mr. Nathu Limba) and out of their said marriage, they were having two sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Vishveshkumar Jivraj Solanki and (2) Mr. Hemalkumar Jivraj Solanki.
SERIES – III No. 06 THE GAZETTE OF DNH & DD Page 3And Whereas said Mr. Jivraj Pancha Solanki has expired on dated: 03/02/2023 at Diu: without executing any will or any other disposition of his properties, leaving behind him his widow Mrs. Jayaben Jivraj Solanki and their two sons Viz.: (1) Mr. Vishveshkumar Jivraj Solanki and (2) Mr. Hemalkumar Jivraj Solanki as only legal heirs.
And Whereas now said (1) Mrs. Jayaben Jivraj Solanki, (2) Mr. Vishveshkumar Jivraj Solanki and (3) Mr. Hemalkumar Jivraj Solanki are the only legal heirs of late Mr. Jivraj Pancha Solanki, who are entitled to inherit the estate of the above referred deceased person(s) and all right title, interest or share of the said deceased person(s) in the immovable properties wheresoever lying or being or receivable (including above referred three immovable properties) and all movable properties of the said deceased person(s), including shares, insurance amount, Postal amount, as well as moneys whether lying with said deceased person(s) or with any bank(s) and/or post and/or financial institution and/or business firm and/or Insurance company and/or with any person whomsoever and/or shares and stocks and debentures in any company and/or gold and silver ornaments, House-Hold goods, articles and things wheresoever lying or being; to have and to hold the same absolutely and forever and except them, there is no other legal heir(s) of the said deceased person(s), who can contest for the inheritance of the deceased estate, together with them.
And Whereas the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and well known and by the said deed, the declarants have affirmed and stated for all legal purposes that the above-mentioned persons Viz.: (1) Mrs. Jayaben Jivraj Solanki, (2) Mr. Vishveshkumar Jivraj Solanki and (3) Mr. Hemalkumar Jivraj Solanki are the only legal heirs of late Mr. Jivraj Pancha Solanki.
