la- ,Q-17¼85½@MhbZvkjlh@baft-@2017&18@5855@2807—दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (आपूर्ति कोड तथा निष्पादन मानक) (प्रथम संशोधन) विनियम, 2018, एनसीटीडी नं. 447 दिनांकित 16-02-2018 को दिल्ली राजपत्र असाधारण भाग- III, द्वारा अधिसूचित किया गया है।
2. इस विनियम में विसंगतियां पाई गई हैं जिन्हें निम्नलिखित शुद्धिपत्र के द्वारा सुधार करने की आवश्यकता है:
पृ(cid:4) 1 igyk vuqPNsn esa : la-,Q-17¼85½@MhbZvkjlh@baft-@2017&18@5855@2661& दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग द्वारा (आपूर्ति कोड तथा निष्पादन मानक) विनियम, 2017 के क्रियान्वयन में अधिक स्पष्टता और सुगमता लाने के लिए, दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग, दिल्ली विद्युत नियामक आयोग (आपूर्ति कोड तथा निष्पादन मानक) विनियम, 2017 के विनियम 87 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों और पिछले प्रकाशन के बाद एवं उसके निमित्त सक्षम करने की अन्य सभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद् द्वारा दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (आपूर्ति कोड तथा निष्पादन मानक) विनियम, 2018 (इसके बाद ''प्रमुख विनियम'' कहा जाएगा) के निम्नलिखित विनियमों में संशोधन किया जाता हैः 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART III] DELHI ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION CORRIGENDUM

No. F.17(85)/DERC/Engg./2017-18/5855/2807—Whereas Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Supply Code and Performance Standards) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2018, have been notified vide Delhi Gazette Extraordinary Part-III dated 16-02-2018, NCTD No. 447.
2. Whereas certain discrepancies have been observed the said Regulations, which need to be rectified by issuing following corrigendum:
At Page 1 in the First Paragraph:
For : "No. F.17(85)/DERC/Engg./2017-18/5855/2661 – In order to bring more clarity and ease in implementation of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Supply Code and Performance Standards) Regulations, 2017, the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission, in exercise of the powers conferred by Regulation 87 of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Supply Code and Performance Standards) Regulations, 2017 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf and after previous publication, hereby makes the following Regulations to amend the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Supply Code and Performance Standards) Regulations, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as "the Principal Regulations"):
