संक्षिप्त शीर्षक 1. इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम दिल्ली विनियोग(संंख्या 1) अधिनियम 2018 है।
2. राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त राशि जो
अनुसूची के कालम(5) में विनिर्दिष्ट से अधिक नहीं, जो कुछ प्रभारों की अदायगी के लिए ग्यारह सौ सत्तर करोड़ अट्ठाइस लाख पचास हजार रुपयों की कुल राशि के `1170,28,50,000`1170,28,50,000`1170,28,50,000`1170,28,50,000/-का वर्ष 2017-2018 में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित

उद्देश्यों और कारणों का विवरण
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार अधिनियम, 1991 (1992 का 1) की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 30 (1) (क) में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा द्वारा पारित राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचितनिधि परभारित व स्वीकृृत व्यय को वहन करने के लिए आवश्यक धन राशि के राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि से विनियोजन की व्यवस्था के लिए दिल्ली विनियोग अधिनियम 2018, विधेयक प्रस्तुत किया जाता है।
यह विधेयक उपर्युक्त उद्देश्यों को प्राप्त करना चाहता है।

THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (No.1) BILL, 2018

BILL
to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the ConsolidatedFund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the financial year 2017-2018.
No. 21 (38)/Apprn, 1/2018/LAS-VI/Leg./6065.—Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territoryof Delhi in the Sixty Ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No.1) Act, 2018.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory Issue of ````1170,28,50,000/-from
of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding those and out of the Consolidated Fund
specified in column (5) of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate to of the National Capital Territory
the sum of rupees Eleven Hundred Seventy crore Twenty eight Lakh Fifty of Delhi for the financial year
Thousand only towards defraying the several charges which will come in 2017-2018.
the course of payment during the financial year 2017-2018in respect of the
services specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
3. The sums authorized to be paid and applied from and outofthe Appropriation.
ConsolidatedFund of the NationalCapital Territoryof Delhi by this Act,
shall beappropriated for the services andpurposes expressed inthe
Schedule in relation to the said year.

STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS
The Delhi Appropriation (No1) Bill,2018 is introduced in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 29 read with clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act,1991 (1 of 1992) to provide for the appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, of the moneys required to meet theexpenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund and the grants votedby the Legislative Assembly for the expenditure of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi for the financial year 2017-2018.
