la- Qk- 3@¼67½@foRr ¼jkt-&1½@2017&18@Mh,l&VI@161.—दिल्ली वस्तु एवं सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 3) की धारा 3 एवं दिल्ली मूल्य सवंर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2004 (2005 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 3) की धारा 66 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली के उप-राज्यपाल, निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियमोेंे के तहत आयुक्त, राज्य कर एवं मूल्य सवंर्धित कर, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार की सहायता हेतु पद ग्रहण की तिथि से नियुक्त करते हैं; अर्थातः-

(Rev.-I) 2017-18/DS-VI/161:—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 03 of 2017) and in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 66 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 03 of 2005), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following officers for discharging of statutory duties under these Acts with effect from the date of assumption of charge to assist the Commissioner of State Tax and Value Added Tax, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in the administration of the said Acts, namely:—
