सं. फा. 14(34)/एलए-2018/cons2law/6-15.- राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा के निम्नलिखित अधिनियम ने उप-राज्यपाल की सहमति दिनांक 28 मार्च, 2018 को प्राप्त कर ली है और इसे जन साधारण की जानकारी के लिये प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-
"दिल्ली विनियोग (संख्या 02) अधिनियम, 2018 (2018 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 02)
(27 मार्च, 2018 को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा द्वारा यथा पारित)
[28 मार्च, 2018] वर्ष 2018-2019 से संबंधित कार्यों के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि से भुगतान प्राधिकृत करने तथा कुछ और राशि का विनियोजन करने के लिए एक विधेयक।

(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY [PART IV] भारत गणराज्य के उनहत्तरवें वर्ष में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधान सभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित होः- संक्षिप्त शीर्षक 1. इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम दिल्ली विनियोग (संंख्या 2)
अधिनियम 2018 है।
`53000,00,00,000/- का वर्ष 2018-2019 में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त
2. राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त राशि जो अनुसूची के कालम (5) में विनिर्दिष्ट से अधिक नहीं, जो कुछ प्रभारों की अदायगी के लिए तिरेपन हजार करोड ़रुपयों की कुल राशि के बराबर है, जो अनुसूची के कालम (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट कार्यों के सम्बन्ध में वर्ष 2018-2019 की अवधि के दौरान भुगतान के रूप में प्रयुक्त होगी।
विनियोजन 3. इस अधिनियम द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त किए जाने के लिए प्राधिकृत राशि उक्त अवधि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची में उल्लिखित कार्यों और उद्देश्यों के लिए विनियोजित की जायेगी।

No. F.14(34)/LA-2018/cons2law/6-15.—The following Act of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi received the assent of the Lt. Governor of Delhi on the 28th March, 2018 and is hereby published for general information:-
"THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (NO.2) ACT, 2018
(DELHI ACT 02 OF 2018)
(As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 27th March, 2018)
[28th March, 2018] An Act to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the Financial Year 2018-19
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Sixty Ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY [PART IV]Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No.2) Act, 2018.

2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital
Territory of Delhi, there maybe paid and applied further sums not `53000,00,00,000/-from and out
exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule of the Consolidated Fund of the
,amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Rupees Fifty Three National Capital Territory of
Thousand crore only towards defraying the several charges which Delhi for the financial year 2018-
will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2018- 2019.
2019 in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the
Schedule.
Appropriation.
3. The sums authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi by
this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes
expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
