सं0 फा0 14(32)/एलए-2018/cons2law/2112-2121.— राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा के निम्नलिखित अधिनियम ने उप-राज्यपाल की सहमति दिनांक 27 मार्च, 2018 को प्राप्त कर ली है और इसे जन साधारण की जानकारी के लिये प्रकाशित किया जाता हैः-
''दिल्ली विनियोग (संख्या 01) अधिनियम, 2018
(2018 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 01)
(22 मार्च, 2018 को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा द्वारा यथा पारित)
[27 मार्च, 2018] वर्ष 2017-2018 से संबंधित कार्यों के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि से भुगतान प्राधिकृत करने तथा कुछ और राशि का विनियोजन करने के लिए एक विधेयक।
भारत गणराज्य के उनहत्तरवें वर्ष में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधान सभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित होः- संक्षिप्त शीर्षक 1. इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम दिल्ली विनियोग (संंख्या 1) अधिनियम 2018 है। ````1170,28,50,000/-का वर्ष 2. राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त राशि जो अनुसूची 1912 DG/2018

के कालम (5) में विनिर्दिष्ट से अधिक नहीं, जो कुछ प्रभारों की अदायगी के लिए ग्यारह सौ सत्तर करोड़ अट्ठाइस लाख पचास हजार रुपयों की कुल राशि के बराबर है, जो अनुसूची के कालम (2) मेें विनिर्दिष्ट कार्यो के सम्बन्ध में वर्ष 2017-2018 की अवधि के दौरान भुगतान के रुप में प्रयुक्त होगी।
विनियोजन 3. इस अधिनियम द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त किए जाने के लिए प्राधिकृत राशि उक्त अवधि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची में उल्लिखित कार्यों और उद्देश्यों के लिए विनियोजित की जायेगी।

(As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 22nd March, 2018)
[27th March, 2018] An Act to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the Financial Year 2017-18
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the SixtyNinth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No.1) Act, 2018.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory Issue of ````1170,28,50,000/-from
of Delhi, there maybe paid and applied further sums not exceeding those and out of the Consolidated Fund
specified in column (5) of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate to of the National Capital Territory
the sum of rupees Eleven Hundred Seventy crore Twenty eight Lakh Fifty of Delhi for the financial year
Thousand only towards defraying the several charges which will come in 2017-2018.
the course of payment during the financial year 2017-2018 in respect of the
services specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
3. The sums authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the Appropriation.
Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi by this Act,
shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the
Schedule in relation to the said year.
