सं.फा.सं.फा.सं.फा.सं.फा. 2/1/1988/x`g iqfyl&2@2533&36—चूंकि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक है :
इसलिये, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 1980 की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ई) के साथ पठित धारा 3 की उपधारा (3) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल यह निर्देश देते हैं कि दिल्ली पुलिस आयुक्त भी 19@04@2018 ls 18@07@2018 तक की अवधि के दौरान उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) की शक्तियों का प्रयोग निरोध प्राधिकारी के रूप में कर सकते हैं ।

No. F.2/1/88-HP-II/ 2533-36.—Whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is satisfied that it is necessary to do so;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3, read with clause (e) of Section 2 of the National Security Act, 1980, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to direct that during the period 19/04/2018 to 18/07/2018, the Commissioner of Police, Delhi may also exercise the powers of detaining authority under sub-section (2) of the section 3 of the aforesaid Act.
