Qk-l. vkj- 250@Vh-vks- (,l-)@Vh- lh- Qsfyax@17-18@277-85.—दिल्ली वृक्ष संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 29(1994 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 11) द्वारा प्रदत्त "ाक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए रा'V्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार, डी.ओं.सी. (आपू(cid:11)र्त) डी.जी.एस. एंड डी., 16 ए, अकबर रोड, नई दिल्ली में नये कार्यालय भवन के निर्माण हेतू नीचे दिए गए विवरण के अनुसार 1.77 हैक्टेयर (लगभग) क्षेत्रफल से उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 9 की उपधारा (3) के उपबंधो से छूट प्रदान करती है।

(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] यह छूट निम्नलिखित "ार्तो के अधीन है।
(क) आवेदक यानि वाणिज्य विभाग, डी.जी.एस. एंड डी. भारत सरकार को सात o'kZ की अवधि के लिए पौधों के संपूर्ण विकास एवं रखरखाव हेतु निम्नानुसार 64,41,000/-रूपये (चौसठ लाख इकतालीस हजार "पये मात्र) की jkf'k अग्रिम रूप में जमा करवानी होगी।

(ख) 1130 पौधों का 100% प्रतिपूरक वृक्षारोपण उपभोगी संस्था अर्थात वाणिज्य विभाग, डी.जी.एस. एंड डी. द्वारा निमंलिखित जगहों पर 113 हटाए जाने वाले वृक्षों के बदले में किया जायेगा और उनका सात वष9 तक रखरखाव तथा सफलतापूर्वक स्थापना के बाद निम्न प्रकार निगरानी की जाएगी :-
(i) 940 पौधों का एन.आई.टी. नरेला, सेक्टर-07, इंस्टी@ूशनल एरिया, नरेला, दिल्ली पर िनदेशक राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (एनआईटी), दिल्ली के प्रमाण-पत्र दिनांक 01.02.2018 के अनुसार, किया जायेगा (साईट के कोरडीनेट Lat. 28o48'55.67"N Long. 77o 7'58.84"E);
(ii) 200 पौधों का उसी साईट 16 ए, अकबर रोड नई दिल्ली पर किया जायेगा ।
(ग) 113 वृक्षों को हटाए जाने के उपरान्त प्राप्त लकड़ी की नीलामी भूिम स्वामित्व संस्था द्वारा की जाएगी और उससे प्राप्त धनरािश को सरकार को राजस्व के रूप में जमा कर दी जाएगी।
(घ) वाणिज्य विभाग, डी.जी.एस. एंड डी. भारत सरकार द्वारा वृक्षों की ऊपरी शाखांए (लोप्स एंड टॉप्स) की लकड़ी को काटे जाने के प"चात प्राप्त लकड़ी मुPत में दिल्ली नगर निगम के संबधित कर्मचारियों को सार्वजनिक "konkgksa में प्रयोग हेतु सौपी जाए और प्राप्त रसीद को उप-वन संरक्षक (दक्षिणी) को जमा की जाये ।
(ड) वृक्ष काटे जाने के स्थल से लकड़ी ले जाने से पूर्व उक्त लकडियों की ढुलाई के लिए वृक्ष अधिकारी (दक्षिणी) से ढुलाई अनुमति प्राप्त करनी होगी।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 11th April, 2018
F.No.R.250/TO(S)/TC-Felling/17-18/277-85.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Delhi Preservation of Trees Act, 1994 (Delhi Act 11 of 1994), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, in public interest exempts an area of total 1.77 ha. (approx.) as detailed below for construction of New Office Building of DOC (Supply), DGS & D at 16A, Akbar Road, New Delhi from the provision of sub-section (3) of section 9 of the said Act.

The said exemption is subject to fulfillment of the following conditions:-.
a) The applicant viz Department of Commerce, DGS & D, Govt. of India shall make an advance deposit of an amount of Rs. 64,41,000/- (Rupees Sixty Four Lakh Forty One Thousand only) towards security deposit for creation and maintenance of compensatory plantation for a period of Seven years as follows,

b) 100% compensatory plantation of 1130 plants will be done by User Agency viz Department of Commerce, DGS & D, Govt. of India at the following locations against felling of 113 trees and maintained for Seven years and monitored till its successful establishment in following manner:-
(i) 940 numbers of trees at NIT Narela, Sector-07, Institutional Area, Narela, Delhi as per certificate dated 01.02.2018 of Director National Institute of Technology (NIT), Delhi (Coordinate of site Lat. 28o48'55.67"N Long. 77o 7'58.84"E);
(ii) 200 numbers of trees at 16 A, Akbar Road on site New Delhi.
c) The timber obtained from felling of 113 trees shall be auctioned by the land owning agency and the proceeds shall be deposited as revenue to the Government.
d) The lops and tops obtained on removal of trees shall be handed over by the Department of Commerce, DGS & D, Govt. of India to the officials concerned of Municipal Corporation of Delhi for its use in public crematoria of Delhi free of cost and receipt so obtained may be deposited with DCF (South).
e) Before shifting of timber if any, from site of removal of trees, transportation permission for transportation of the said wood shall be obtained from Tree Officer (South).
