exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Section 4 of the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954 (Delhi Act 7 of 1954), the Lc Governor of the National Capital Territory ofDelhi is pleased to make the following addition in the Schedule appended to the said Act.

No. F 101(328)/2005-Fin.(4/04/255.--INhereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is of the opinion that it is expedient in the interest of general public solo do.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 103 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Tenitory of Delhi hereby makes the following amendments in the Third Schedule appended to the said Act, natnely:-
AMENDMENTS
In the Third Schedule appended to the said Act,-
(i) the entry at SI. No.13 shall be omitted;
(ii) after the entry at SI. No.83, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:-
TA. industrial Inputs as specified at Part 'A' of this notification." .
