फाफाफाफा.... संसंसंसं.... अतिअतिअतिअति....श्रश्रश्रश्र....आआआआ....----II/2013/1087/2013/1087/2013/1087/2013/1087....—भवन एवं अन्य संनिर्माण श्रमिक (रोजगार का नियमन एवं सेवा की शर्तें) अधिनियम, 1996 की धारा 6 के साथ पठित गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अधिसचूना संख्या यू-11030/एल/2000-यूटीएल दिनांक 14 जुलाई 2000 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल नीचे दिये गये अनुसूची के कॉलम 2 में उल्लिखित सरकारी कार्यालयों/निकायों के अधिकारियों जो कि सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी है, को पंजीकरण अधिकारी नियुक्त करते हैं, जो कि इस अधिनियम के द्वारा या उसके अंतर्गत पंजीकरण अधिकारियों को दी गयीे शक्तियों का प्रयोग अनुसूची के कॉलम 4 में उल्लिखित अधिकार क्षेत्र में करेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 23rd April, 2018
No. Addl.L.C-II/2013/1087.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Act,1996 (27of 1996) read with the notification No. U-11030/L/2000-UTL, dated 14th July,2000 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the officers of the Government department /bodies mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule given below, being Gazetted officers of the Government, to be the registering officers who shall exercise the powers conferred on registering officers by or under the said Act, having jurisdiction as specified in column (4) of the said Schedule.
