फाफाफाफा.... संसंसंसं.... अतिअतिअतिअति....श्रश्रश्रश्र....आआआआ....----II/2013/2013/2013/2013////1152115211521152....—दिल्ली के असाधारण राजपत्र भाग-IV में दिनांक 23 अप्रैल, 2018 को प्रकाशित भवन एवं अन्य संनिर्माण श्रमिक (रोजगार का नियमन एवं सेवा की शर्तें) अधिनियम, 1996 के अंतर्गत पंजीकरण अधिकारी से संबंधित श्रम विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अधिसूचना संख्या अति.श्र.आ.- II/2013-1087 में "भवन एवं अन्य संनिर्माण श्रमिक (रोजगार का नियमन एवं सेवा की शर्तें) अधिनियम, 1996 की धारा 6 के साथ पठित" के स्थान पर "भवन एवं अन्य संनिर्माण श्रमिक (रोजगार का नियमन एवं सेवा की शर्तें) अधिनियम, 1996 की धारा 12 की उपधारा 2 के साथ पठित दिल्ली भवन एवं अन्य संनिर्माण श्रमिक (रोजगार का नियमन एवं सेवा की शर्तें) नियम, 2002 का नियम 266 एवं" शब्द रखे जाएं ।

Delhi, the 27th April, 2018

F. No. Addl.L.C-II/ 2013/1152.—In the notification of the Labour Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, published in Part IV of Delhi Gazette Extraordinary vide no. Addl.L.C-II/ 2013/1087 dated 23rd April 2018 relating to Registering Officers under Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996), the words "In exercise of the powers conferred by 2439 DG/2018 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

section 6 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) read with" shall be substituted by the words "In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 2 of section 12 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) read with Rule 266 of Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Rules, 2002 and".
