Qk-la- 22 ¼13½@2000@श-fo-@ik-QkbZ-@5029-5041.—दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 66) की धारा 347क की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियाें का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा श्री राजकुमार चौहान, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी को इस अधिसूचना के प्रभावी होने की तारीख से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिये प्रतिनियुक्ति आधार पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 347क की उपधारा (1) के अन्तर्गत सरकार द्वारा गठित अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण की पीठासीन अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 1st May, 2018

No. 22/13/2000/UD/PF/5029-5041.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 347A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints Mr. Raj Kumar Chauhan, an officer of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service, on deputation basis for a period of one 2460 DG/2018 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] year with effect from the date of Notification, as Presiding Officer of Appellate Tribunal, constituted by the Government under sub-section (1) of section 347A of the said Act.
