la0Qk0 7¼2½@2018@,y,aMch@,y,@ 954.—भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं0 एस0ओ0 2740 (अ) के साथ पठित, भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास और पुनःस्थापन (सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण तथा सहमति) नियम, 2014 में उचित मुआवजा और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 4 के उपनियम (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल भारतीय लोक प्रसाशन संस्थान, इंद्रप्रस्थ इस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को नियत करते हैं जिसे दिनांक 13 जून, 2017 की अधिसूचना सं0 एफ0 8(2)/9/2015/एलएंडबी/एलए/2373 द्वारा सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण यूनिट के रूप में चिहि्नत किया गया है ताकि वो सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण अध्ययन कर सके और भूमि के अधिग्रहण के लिए सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण रिपोर्ट तैयार करे जिसे दिल्ली मेटो रेल कार्पोरेशन एयर पोर्ट एक्सपे्रस लाईन के विस्तार के लिए सैक्टर 21, द्वारका से प्रस्तावित प्रदर्शिनी और सभा केन्द्र सैक्टर 25, द्वारका तक की परियोजना के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अधिग्रहण नियत कर चुकी है । 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] भारतीय लोक प्रसाशन संस्थान, इंद्रप्रस्थ इस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 (सामाजिक प्रभाव यूनिट) इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से छः माह की अवधि के अंदर भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापना अधिनियम, 2013 में उचित मुआवजा एवं पारदर्शिता के अधिकार के प्रावधानों के अनुसार सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण अध्ययन करेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 9th, May, 2018
No. F.7(2)/18/L&B/LA/954.— In the exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement(Social Impact Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair's notification number S.O.2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to assign the Indian Institute of Public Administration, Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi-110002 which was identified as Social Impact Assessment Unit vide notification number F.8(2)/9/2015/L&B/LA/2373 dated the 13th June, 2017 to carry out social impact assessment study and to prepare Social Impact Assessment report for acquisition of land which the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation intends to acquire for extension of Airport Express line from sector 21, Dwarka to the proposed Exhibition-cum-Convention Centre(ECC) at sector 25, Dwarka New Delhi.
Indian Institute of Public Administration, Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi-110002 (Social Impact Assessment Unit) shall carry out the social impact assessment study as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 within a period of six months from the date of issue of this notification.
