la- Qk- 7¼2½@2018@,y,aMch@,y,@966-—भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 21 अक्तूबर, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं. एस. ओ. 2740 (ई) के साथ पठित, भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास और पुनःस्थापन में उचित मुआवजा और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) तथा (2) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जहां राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल ने एयरपोर्ट एक्सप्रेस लाईन के विस्तार के लिए सैक्टर 21, द्वारका से प्रस्तावित प्रदर्शनी और सभा केन्द्र सैक्टर 25, द्वारका तक की परियोजना के लिए सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण करना नियत किया है। उपरोक्त परियोजना का क्षेत्रफल 1368 वर्गमीटर होगा और गांव पोचनपुर नई दिल्ली की 1368 वर्गमीटर खसरा नं. 31/2/3 की भूमि इस उद्देश्य के लिए अधिग्रहण की जायेगी। दिनांक 9.5.2018 की अधिसूचना सं. फा. 7(2)/2018/एलएंडबी/एलए/954 के द्वारा उपरोक्त भूमि के सम्बन्ध में सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण अघ्ययन के लिए भारतीय लोक प्रसाशन संस्थान, इंद्रप्रस्थ इस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 की सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण यूनिट के रूप में प्रारम्भ करने की धोषणा की जा चुकी है। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] छः माह होगी और इसे वेबसाईट, पत्रक तथा मामले के अनुसार सार्वजनिक क्षेत्राें में प्रभावी ढंग से तथा जिला क्लेक्टर दक्षिण-पश्चिम के कार्यालय में प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 9th May, 2018
No. F. 7(2)/18/L&B/LA/966.—In the exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, read with, sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair's notification number S.O. 2740(E), dated 21st October, 2014, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, intends to acquire the land for public purpose for extension of Airport Express Line from Sector 21, Dwarka to proposed Exhibition-cum-Convention Centre (ECC) at sector 25, Dwarka project. The area for the aforesaid project will be approx. 1368 sq. mtr. and land to be acquired for this purpose is 1368 sq. mtr. of Khasra No. 31//2/3 of village Pochanpur, New Delhi. The Indian Institute of Public Administration , Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi-110002 has been declared for commencement as Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out social impact assessment study in relation to aforesaid land vide notification No. F.7(2)/18/L&B/LA/954, dated 09/05/2018.
Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and public, survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Assessment report and (Social Impact Assessment report and Social Impact Management Plan) will be six months from date of issue of this notification and same will be disclosed by the way on websites posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in effective areas, and in the office District Collector, South-West.
