la- 16@5@2014@,pih&I@LFkkiuk 2755 ls 2756-—दिल्ली पुलिस अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का 34) की धारा 147 की उपधारा (1) तथा (2) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली पुलिस (पदोन्नति एवं स्थायीकरण) नियमावली, 1980 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैंः-
(1) इन नियमों को दिल्ली पुलिस (पदोन्नति एवं स्थायीकरण) (संशोधन) नियमावली-2018
कहा जाएगा।

(2) ये नियम दिल्ली राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू हाेंगे।
2. नियम का संशोधन दिल्ली पुलिस ( पदोन्नति एवं स्थायीकरण ) नियमावली 1980 में नियम 12 के उपनियम (2) में ''30 वर्ष'' अंकों व शब्दों के स्थान पर ''35 वर्ष'' अंकों व शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

F. No. 16/5/2014/HP-I/Estt./2755 to 2756.—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 147 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978 (34 of 1978), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Delhi Police (Promotion and Confirmation) Rules, 1980, namely:
1. Short title and commencement:—(i) These Rules may be called Delhi Police (Promotion and Confirmation) (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
2. Amendment of Rule In the Delhi Police Delhi (Promotion and Confirmation) Rules, 1980, in rule 12, sub-rule (2), for the figure and words "30 years" the figure and words "35 years" shall be substituted.
