la.Qk. 6@21@2017-U;k;@Suptlaw/651-657ः-अद्यतन यथासंशोधित दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 12 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, श्री अरूण सुखीजा, श्री हसन अनजर, श्री विनीत कुमार (एससी), श्री हरगुरवरिन्दर एस. जग्गी [सामान्य पीएच (ऑर्थ)] एवं श्री शिवाजी आनन्द (एससी) क उनक द्वारा कार्यभार सम्भालने की तिथि से, स्थायी पद पर, यग्यता क क्रम में अस्थायी रूप से दो वर्षों की परिवीक्षा पर, दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में नियुक्त करते हैं।
उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय में विचाराधीन सी॰ए॰ संख्या 1086/2013-सर्व रूरल एवं अर्बन वेलफयर ससायटी इसक अध्यक्ष क माध्यम से बनाम यूूनियन ऑफ इंडिया एवं अन्य, अर रिट पैटिशन (सिविल) संख्या 130/2016-धर्मेन्द्र राणा एवं अन्य बनाम माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय एवं अन्य तथा माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में विचाराधीन रिट पैटिशन (सिविल) संख्या 2828/2010 - सुरेंद्र पाल सिंह चहान बनाम राज्य एवं अन्य, रिट पैटिशन (सिविल) संख्या 10113/2015 - मुकेश कुमार एवं अन्य बनाम महापंजीयक, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय एवं अन्य, अर रिट पैटिशन (सिविल) संख्या 747/2018 एवं सीएम संख्या 3130/2018 - मनीष शर्मा बनाम उपराज्यपाल एवं अन्य के फैसलों के आधीन होगी।

Delhi, the 23rd May, 2018
No.F.6/21/2017-Judl./Suptlaw/651-657:—In pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint Mr. Arun Sukhija, Mr. Hasan Anzar, Mr. Vineet Kumar (SC), Mr. Hargurvarinder S. Jaggi [General PH (Ortho)] and Mr. Shivaji Anand (SC) as member of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service against permanent posts in temporary capacity in order of merit on a probation period of two years w.e.f. the date they assume the charge of their offices.
The above appointment shall be subject to the final outcome of CA No. 1086/2013 titled "Sarv Rural & Urban Welfare Society Through its President Vs. Union of India & Ors." and WP(C) No. 130/2016 titled "Dharmender Rana & Ors. Vs. Hon'ble High Court of Delhi & Anr." pending in Supreme Court of India and WP(C) No. 2828/2010 titled "Surender Pal Singh Chauhan vs. State & Anr.", WP(C) No. 10113/2015 titled "Mukesh Kumar & Ors. Vs. RG, Delhi High Court & Ors." and WP(C) No.747/2018 & CM No.3130/2018 titled "Manish Sharma Vs. Lt. Governor & Ors." pending in Delhi High Court.
