la- Qk- 20@4@2003@x`-iq-&II@5043-—जबकि, नजफगढ़ फिरनी रोड/सर्कुलर रोड एवं अन्य कनेक्टिंग सड़कों पर माल वाहनों की आवाजाही के कारण यातायात के सुगम प्रवाह में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है और वाहन चालकों एवं अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं को असुविधा उत्पन्न हो रही है;
और जबकि, यातायात के सुगम प्रवाह को सुनिश्चित करने एवंम वाहन चालकोेें एवं अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुविधा एवं सुरक्षा के लिए नजफगढ़ फिरनी रोड/सर्कुलर रोड एवं अन्य कनेक्टिंग सड़कों पर माल वाहनों की आवाजाही को नियंत्रित करना आवश्यक है;
अतः मैं, राजीव रंजन सिंह, उपायुक्त पुलिस, यातायात (मुख्यालय) दिल्ली, दिल्ली में सड़कों व गलियों पर वाहन व अन्य यातायात नियम 1980 की धारा 30(1) जैेसा, कि अधिसूचना संख्या 03/विशेष कक्ष/पुलिस मुख्यालय, दिल्ली दिनांक 03.01.1997 द्वारा संशोधित किया गया है, जिसके अन्तर्गत मुझे अधिकार प्राप्त हैं, का प्रयोग करते हुए नजफगढ़ फिरनी रोड/सर्कुलर रोड एवं अन्य कनेक्टिंग सड़कों पर माल मोटर वाहनों केे प्रवेश करने, चलने एवं निष्क्रिय रूप से खडे़ करने पर जैसा कि नीचे उल्लेख किया गया है, अगले आदेश तक प्रतिबंध लगाता हूँ :-

सबंधित अधिकरण एवम् सड़क रख-रखाव प्राधिकरण जन साधारण को सूचनार्थ एवम् सुविधा हेतु आवश्यक संकेत पट्ट पर प्रतिबंधित संकेत को इंगित करते हुए लगाएंगे ।
यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।

Delhi, the 29th June, 2018
F. No. 20/4/2003/HP-II/5043.—Whereas, the movement of goods vehicles on Najafgarh Phirni Road/Circular Road and other connecting roads is causing obstruction in smooth flow of traffic and inconvenience to the motorists and other road users.
And whereas, it is necessary to regulate the movement of goods vehicles on Najafgarh Phirni/Circular Road and other connecting roads to ensure smooth flow of traffic and for convenience and safety of motorists and other road users.
[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3Now, therefore, I, Rajiv Ranjan Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police/Traffic (HQ), Delhi in exercise of the powers, conferred upon me under regulation 30(1) of "The Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Streets Regulations, 1980" as amendment vide notification No. 03/Spl. Cell/PHQ, dated 03.01.1997, do hereby prohibit the entry, plying and idle parking of goods vehicles on Najafgarh Phirni Road/Circular Road and other connecting roads as mentioned below, till further orders:-

This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice boards of the office of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and all Police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi.
The concerned civic road agencies maintaining the roads/areas shall erect the corresponding informatory signboards indicating the restrictions in the area for the guidance and convenience of all concerned.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
