Lak- Qk- 6@18@2018&Uk;@827&830-————गृह मंत्र्ाालय भारत सरकार की दिनांक 15 मई, 2018 की अधिसूचना संख्या फा. यू-11030/2/2017-यूटीएल क साथ पठित वाणिज्यिक अदालतं, वाणिज्यिक प्रभाग अर उच्च न्यायालयं क वाणिज्यिक अपीलीय प्रभाग (संशधन) अध्यादेश, 2018 की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) क द्वितीय परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियं का प्रयग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा यह निर्दिष्ट करते हैं कि जिला न्यायाधीश स्तर पर वाणिज्यिक अदालतं का आर्थिक मान तीन लाख रुपये से अधिक हगा तथा द करड़ रुपये तक क आर्थिक क्षेत्राधिकार से अधिक नहीं हगा। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेशानुसार तथा उनके नाम पर, 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] DEPARTMENT OF LAW, JUSTICE AND LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION

No. F. 6/18/2018-Judl./827-830.—In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 3 of Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts (Amendment) Ordinance, 2018 read with Notification No. U-11030/2/2017-UTL, dated the 15th May, 2018 of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, Lt. Governor, NCT of Delhi hereby specifies that pecuniary value of the Commercial Courts at the District Judge level shall be above three lakh rupees and not more than the pecuniary jurisdiction of up to two crore rupees.
