la- Qk- 20@23@2000@x``giq-&II@ikVZQkbZy@5363&5378-————दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 66) की धारा 469 तथा नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 44) की धारा 375 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, निम्नलिखित व्याक्तियों को, जिन्हें दिल्ली के उच्च न्यायालय के पंजीयक (सर्तकता) की दिनांक 04 जुन, 2018 की अधिसूचना संख्य 33/डीएचसी/गजट.-II/विषेष एम एम/2018 के अनुसार दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 18 की उपधारा (1) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में विषेष महानगर दण्डाधिकारी की समस्त शक्तियां प्रदत्त की गई हैं, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 और नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् अधिनियम, 1994 के अन्तगत अपराधिक मामलों की सुनवाई हेतु उन्हें विषेष महानगर दण्डाधिकारी की शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं। यह शक्तियां तब तक जारी रहेंगी, जब तक दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा उन्हें विषेष महानगर दण्डाधिकारी की शक्तियां प्राप्त हैंः- 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 5. श्री नरेष कुमार बावेजा 6. श्री षिव सिंह 7. श्री मनीकान्त चौधरी 8. श्री सुरेन्द्र सिंह म्यूनिसिपल दण्डाधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त उपरोक्त सभी अधिकारी अन्य विषेष महानगर दण्डाधिकारियों की तरह सप्ताह में छः दिन कार्य करेंगे और महीने के दूसरे शनिवार को अवकाष रहेगा और लघु अपराध (विषेष महानगर दण्डाधिकरी द्वारा विचारण), नियमावली 1998 में निहित नियमों के अनुसार अवकाष के पात्र रहेंगे।

Delhi, the 9th July, 2018
No. F.20/23/2000/HP-II/Pt. file/5363-5378.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 469 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957) and section 375 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994, (44 of 1994), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to confer upon the following persons, who have been conferred with all power of Special Metropolitan Magistrate in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), vide Notification No.33/DHC/GAZ.-II/SPL.MM/2018 dated the 04.06.2018 of Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Delhi, the powers of Municipal Magistrate for the trial of offences under the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 and New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994, within the National Capital Territory of Delhi for such period till the powers of Special Metropolitan Magistrate conferred upon them by the High Court of Delhi, exist, namely:-
1. Mr. Ram Niwas Dixit 2. Mr. S.P. Virdi 3. Mr. Virender Singh Arya 4. Mr. Yatendra Singh 5. Mr. Naresh Kumar Baweja 6. Mr. Shiv Singh 7. Mr. Mani Kant Chaudhary 8. Mr. Surendra Singh
The above said officers, appointed as Municipal Magistrates, like other Special Metropolitan Magistrates, would work for six days a week with Second Saturday off and would be entitled to leave as per the provisions contained in Delhi Petty Offences (Trial by Special Metropolitan Magistrate) Rules, 1998.
